I have my own opinions about Franken, and I am not ashamed to admit that they are not nice. However, I would not be the least bit surprised to see him (Franken) join the ranks with the other (COMEDIANS) who are already serving in the Senate. If the general public only knew what really goes on in Washington, they would boot the entire congress out office. Please take note that I included the House of Represenatives. The only real difference is the House has more idiots and commedians!!!!!

Franken has a simple problem. How does one who made a name for himself being funny find a way to be taken seriously? Let the situtation around his motivation to run be too serious to ignore. Minnesota Bridges are falling down, falling down, falling down. Forclosures in America are bringing us all down. I won't take it. Franken makes a living finding the problems and offering solutions that make us laugh. Make us money and he's in!

So AOL gives free press and kudos to Franken. Please note they had to tell us he was a Democrat, like what being a Republican or a Democrat is a character refrence? They compare him to all these others. Many of these other people had been in charge of actually making something work during their lives. Franken has made a career out of belittling others efforts. We do not need more critics and belittling leeches in Congress. We need people working for all Americans citizens.Franken save Minnesota by staying home and writing another book.
