Dan Fogelberg was a beautiful young man,I loved his songs and so did my children. We listened to them in the early seventies.

I first heard Dan's music in 1974. My boyfriend at the time was a musician and his favorite music to play was Dan's. I remember him sending me tapes while I was away in college with him playing Dan's music. What a treat! I also remember seeing Dan in concert numerous times over the years. The best was when he played solo! Talk about heart strings being pulled. I was saddened to hear that he was sick a few years ago and even sadder to hear of his death today. Thank you Dan for all of the music, memories and feelings that come when listening to his music.

I am saddend by the loss of this true musician. His music and songs will be forever etched in our souls. The Leader of the Band will live on.....Rest in peace

A beautiful man with wonderful ways of putting our feelings from the 70's and 80's into words. He will be missed but I agree that now he is free to write and sing!!!! No he was not in a band such as you see today. While we are naming songs, I love "Run for the Roses". It gives me shivers to this day!
