(July 18) - 'Brother & Sisters' star Balthazar Getty has upset his allegedly-estranged wife, despite reports the two have been "living separate lives for a while," PEOPLE reports.

Getty has been publicly romancing 'Layer Cake' starlet Sienna Miller in Italy while still married to his wife Rosetta, with whom he has four children, one as young as 10 months.

Britain's The Sun reports that vandals tagged Sienna Miller's house with the word "slut" on the heels of her all-over-the-Internet nude fling with Balthazar Getty.

The nude kisses seen 'round the gossip world aren't as homewrecking as they seem, according to Miller's friends. According to them, her married pal Balthazar Getty had been separated from his wife and sleeping on couches for months prior to their topless antics.The infidelity factor of the photos sent bloggers into a tizzy ... see for yourself:

In perhaps the least shocking news so far this month, Balthazar Getty and his wife Rosetta (with whom he has four children) are separating thanks to "embarrassing" photos of Getty touching and smooching actress Sienna Miller.

Recently, photos of a topless Miller openly kissing Getty on a boat off the Amalfi Coast have surfaced all over the Internet.

"It's humiliating. Rosetta left the country to protect the kids, and he continues to see Sienna," a friend told PEOPLE.
