(July 17) - Four months after giving birth to her second child, actress Melissa Joan Hart is showing off a slim and trim figure in the latest issue of OK! Magazine.
Television's most famous teenage witch dished to the magazine about life with husband Mark and their two kids, and how she's dropping the "close to 40" pounds that she put on with son Brady. Excerpts below:

On her pregnant figure: "Oh god, I did not like being pregnant. I thought I would feel so feminine and beautiful. But it is so uncomfortable. I love being a mom, but I don't like being pregnant."
On working out: "I have been working out three days a week at Pulse [Fitness Studio]. My trainer is amazing. We do spinning for 30 minutes, and then floor exercises for 30 minutes. I’m breast-feeding, so I'm not looking to get super-skinny."
On her diet now: "I have a nutritionist. I have rules: no refined sugars, no white starches, and protein with every meal. I'm really disciplined in the morning. Lunch gets a little harder for me, then dinner's when I get a little out of hand. It's been a long day, I'm tired, and I'm just like, "I want food!"
On her 'cheat' foods: "I allow myself ice cream, chips and guacamole. If I cut those out, I just feel angry [laughs]."
On balancing kids with marriage: After 8 p.m. is mommy and daddy time. [Mark and I] enjoy each other. There’s nothing we can get from someone else that we can’t get from each other. As long as we keep our communication open, we can easily work out any problem. We’re very attracted to each other, and we love and respect each other."
