Now that the House has passed a health care reform bill, the ball is in the Senate's court. But considering that Nancy Pelosi's legislation is more liberal (it includes the contentious "public option"), will the more conservative Senate be able to pass a measure that can be meshed something for the president to sign by year's end?

The House passes a bill that would overhaul the nation's health care system, in what is seen as a victory for President Barack Obama. Before the vote, Obama makes one final appeal to House Democrats to push the legislation through. "This is our moment to deliver," he says.

A review of financial data shows that nearly half of all members of Congress are millionaires. Nationwide, only 1 percent of Americans are that wealthy. In addition, some of the stocks held most widely by lawmakers are those of banking and investment companies that the federal government bailed out in 2008.

Even though their man Doug Hoffman lost his bid for a New York House seat on Tuesday, conservative activists are fired up and looking for more moderate Republicans to take on. Politics Daily lists some who might be in their crosshairs.
