The former New York governor resigned in 2008 amid revelations that he had spent thousands of dollars on prostitutes. And the madam who ran the business is outraged. Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon goes on trial for an unusual form of corruption -- spending thousands of dollars in gift cards that had been donated for needy families. Dixon persuaded wealthy donors to fund the cards, then allegedly blew the proceeds at Best Buy, Old Navy, and Target. If convicted, she will be forced to step down as mayor.

A mother speaks out for the first time about an affair she had with a priest who fathered her son -- who now suffers from terminal cancer. Pat Bond, who has received some child support from the church, says she is tired of begging the church for help caring for her son. The priest, who may have also had an affair with a minor, is suspended from his Wisconsin pulpit.

Richard Strandlof claimed he had survived the Sept. 11 attack on the Pentagon and served as a Marine in Iraq. He canvassed Colorado, appearing at the side of politicians. But it was all a lie, he later admitted on CNN. Now, he's facing a rare charge: "stolen valor." If convicted, he could spend up to a year behind bars and be fined $100,000.
