Employee misconduct, including workers surfing Internet porn, ate up time and money at a taxpayer-funded science agency last year, according to a report by The Washington Times. The newspaper reports that one senior official spent 331 full days surfing porn on the job before he was caught -- at a cost to taxpayers of up to $58,000.
