As the military comes to grips with the deadly shooting rampage that took place at a Texas base, Army Chief of Staff George Casey, right, says the service will "take a hard look" to find out whether the attack could have been prevented. Alleged Seattle Cop Killer is 'Terrorist'

Seattle authorities say Christopher Monfort, a 41-year-old man accused of killing a police officer, is also responsible for the bombing of four police cars. Monfort, described as a "lone domestic terrorist" by Seattle Assistant Police Chief Jim Pugel, is in serious condition after being shot by officers in a confrontation on Friday.
