It's oatmeal with a big dollop of cottage cheese dropped in the middle. The truth is I'm not just eating this because it's colorless. (See last post on teeth whitening.) I'm convinced that it's very healthy. Is it? What do you eat for breakfast?
Oh, here's a kind of arty shot of my breakfast with the Empire State building in the background:

Anyway I don't want to get into the habit of just watching TV and commenting on what other people are commenting on. That said, I'm convinced that Anna Nicole is alive; that this is all a charade to expose the incompetence of the Broward County Circuit Court.
And I don't think Judge Larry Seidlin will get a TV show out of this. He's too kooky. If he underwent quick and effect Wapnerization, then maybe. (btw Wapner is still alive and, according to Wikipedia. he used to date Lana Turner. How cool would it have been if the People's Court had tried Cheryl Crane for the murder of Johnny Stompanato? btw Crane lives in San Francisco, my favorite city in the state of California.

3. For breakfast today, I had a leftover Christmas cookie and coffee. Fresh, of course. The cookies, however, are old. They say some great-great relative of somebody related to me by marriage made them for Napolean's army. Same recipe, anyway. Pretty sure mine are just from this past Christmas.

4. I'm thinking your stint on Iron Chef America has done terrible things to you.
Anyway, for breakfast, I usually eat lunch.

5. Breakfast usually involves something microwavable, I'm afraid. I usually prefer sleep over making a healthy breakfast.
Mo, I'll miss you over at FanAp, but you seem to be much more involved with this ... vlog? Whatever it is, it sure seems grand.

6. My late father (an internationally known scientist) had oatmeal and cottage cheese almost every morning. He was convinced that it was the perfect combination of protein, good carbs and if you wanted, a little apple sauce or jam for sugar. He was a brilliant man, so I guess he knew what he was talking about. it tastes pretty good, too.

7. Sherry, I'm intrigued. Who was your father? I know he must have been a genius because I too sometimes add apple sauce to the mix. If you drop the dollop of apple sauce into the center of the cottage cheese (which is itself surrounded by the base layer of oatmeal) from high enough, then the apple sauce is enveloped by the cottage cheese. (Apple sauce is denser matter than cottage cheese.) So while only cottage cheese and oatmeal are visible from above, you've created an apple sauce bomb.

8. Mo,
My dad was a physicist. He is best known in corporate circles where he held some basic patents in early computer technology. He would have loved your humor and intelligence even though you are a Harvard guy and he was MIT. We have loved your commentaries from the Daily Show and Countdown and where ever else you land.

9. A dieting friend of mine has pledged to eat oatmeal every morning, even though he hates the stuff.
He's finally hit on a suitable oatmeal-disguiser: salad dressing.
