It was clear YouTube was going to play a significant role in the upcoming election. But, this is an interesting new development: anonymous folks posting attack ads, and then the swift response. We can't keep up with all of them. We found the Hillary one yesterday. The Obama response this morning. Now, there are even more.
Note: This is an unauthorized ad, and is not endorsed by Obama's campaign. Update: Obama has denied any association with the ad.
"It may be the most stunning and creative attack ad yet for a 2008 presidential candidate - one experts say could represent a watershed moment in 21st century media and political advertising."
And here's a response. This'll be fun to watch as it plays out.

48. This is why we need a complete change of ALL politicians. Both parties are bankrupt of any real ideas, both are corrupt.
They are so busy attacking and smearing each other they have no time to tend to the needs of the country, nor do they wish to.
Attacking Hilary will only make her more sympathethic in the eyes of many, and frankly either one of these bozos would be a disaster for America.
We have our troops fighting and dying and these jerks are busy with their ridiculous in-fighting and slanders!

49. Please!!! The only people who should be worried about this ad are the ones who paid for it - the Republican Party. Even a simple subpoena in a civil lawsuit will get that information, if its not a violation of campaign laws. Plus it was lame.
The Republican Party is desperate according to a March poll done by CBS. Every Repubican senator who was lucky enough not to be up for re-election will likely lose their seat in 2008, and a Democrat will be sitting in the White House. Even Republicans think so. I just didn't think they were so desperate that they would start their swift boat tactics this early.
Checkout solidpolitics.com and the article about the CBS poll and the Republicans' realization that they will be the new minority party ad infinitim. Huge corporate donations won't help them - especially when they are disclosed the the American People, and we Democrats have learned how to churn out BIG money for our candidates, one citizen at time.
Don't pay much attention to the Repub comments on this board. Its just evidence of how desperate they are. They f****d themselves when ingratiated themselves to the Fundamentalists and remained loyal slaves to the Bush Administration, the most corrupt administration in history.
Another example of rats bailing off a sinking ship: Halliburton. After making a fortune off a no-bid war contract that we have to pay for with our taxes - they're off to Dubai so they don't have to pay America taxes. I wonder if George and Dick will move there too - they're sleazy enough to skip out on their taxes.

Please bring us a leader of courage, an individual able to think for him or herself and not play party politics. You may see what we cannot afford, those causing us to be a polarized nation currently holding these positions to get a real good idea of what we do not need.
Please Santa, could we find a uniter, someone who truly understands the reasons for the sacrifices of our military men and women, and their families. An individual who will keep the oath of office to protect and defend our nation and our constitution without becoming a dictatorial decider removing our basic rights; would be nice.
I know Santa you do not like bad children who purposely spew hate filled vitriol to further polarize our nation.

Have you paid attention to the last two Presidential elections? Name recognition was plenty good enough to get one of the most inept leaders America has ever known elected (appointed) not once, but TWICE!
