As much as I like Sanjaya, I'm willing to entertain the possibility that he's survived to this point in the competition by fraudulent means. Among the theories being floated: secret Indian call centers with Sanjanistas feverishly dialing ... when they should be dealing with American credit card complaints.

Mo Rocca appears on a bunch of shows, including CBS News Sunday Morning (with the indescribably wonderful Charles Osgood), The Tonight Show on NBC, and NPR's Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! He's a sometime judge on Iron Chef and was featured on Telemundo's Amore Descarado. Last year he starred on Broadway in the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. His expose "All the President's Pets" was published by Crown in 2004.

7. Ok, let's get real and be smart here for a second. India is behind us in time, the show airs there when the calling polls close here, so by the time they call, the lines are closed, it's literally impossible for them to do it even if it were true. This country loves Sanjaya, unfortunately the cocky fool knows it too. I just hope it takes American Idol under, I'm sick of the show. If it's not Sanjaya it's another thing. I'm personally a little sad the paternity test for Anna Nicole's baby is over, it was the only thing blocking out American Idol...

10. For the record, the words "Vote For Sanjaya" are never said when voting on American Idol. In fact you don't even have to speak. It's all automated based on which number you call. If you had ever watched even a single episode before you did this so-called "report" you would know this. And don't get on me saying this is a joke; I know it is, and it isn't funny. It's racist and shows no true knowledge of the show at all. Definitely should not be listed as a news story.

12. This is a really stupid video. Just because he's Indian people assume there is some sort of conspiracy going on about Indians voting for him. Why don't we ask all the African Americans or Whites if they voted for their own people too. Don't target us and start a greater issue than it needs to be.
There are other people on American Idol right now that aren't that good either, why is everyone targeting a 17 year old boy. Although he isn't the best singer, all this crap against him makes me want to vote for him even more.

14. I am a 73 yea old female retired college administrator and officer in my family's corporation. This "Indian Conspiracy" is the most hurtful thing that has ever happened to me. Al Sharpton is on CNN taking up for his people. I am a descendant of the Cherokee Indian nation in Georgia. My son with his blue eyes gets a tan from walking on the beach in the summer or working in the yard. He looks like a blue-eyed Native American Indian. Whoever wrote this should apologize to Sanjaya and all of us who have some Indian blood flowing in our veins. I hope, pray to God that this young man wins--he will take over the world, as have the men of IL Divo, with his presence. Anyone who is seventeen and sings the song "Besame Mucho" almost as good as the blind tenor, Andrea Bocelli, has SOMETHING GREAT going. What other choice is there for Idol except repetition of two other kinds of people?. This is heavy African American women and caucasian men who cannot sing. I need an apology!!! GET ONE FOR SANJAYA!!!!!

15. I added my comments, but they never showed up!!! I am of Cherokee Indian heritage. My son, although blue eyed, gets tan out in the sun and looks like a Native American Indian. If you are speaking of his being from the country of Indian heritage, there is really difference. I have two fine doctors who are natives of the country of India. Apologize to me and Sanjaya.
