Naturally the cop survived, he didn't actually die, in fact as far as I know there has ever been a marijuana overdose. Either way Sanchez sounds like a douche, he blamed the mishap on his wife saying she tricked him into eating the marijuana brownies. He later admitted he cooked up the marijuana after confiscating it from a random person off the street. Do cops get special treatment?

31. I'm a cops wife and a cops daughter. What Cpl.Sanchez did was so low on so many levels. 1) He used his "authority" to steel. 2) He didn't follow policy, so now ANY case he has been involved with is now open for review. 3)He was suppose to be a leader (Cpl). 4) He involved his family in his stupidness. Not just his wife but his parents and siblings are now "looked at". 5) He has, by the other bloggers statements, made ALL other cops look guilty, crooked, low down, unethical and uncaring. NOT ALL OFFICERS ARE LIKE CPL.SANCHEZ. THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE, HONEST PEOPLE WHO BECOME OFFICERS EVERYDAY TO HELP OTHERS AND MAKE A DIFERANCE.

To the CA blogger, we have one of "those types" in our force too, skinny loser in high school becomes a CPl with "roid rage".
I know lots of officers both good and bad, you got to hope they "weed" out the poor candidates!
