Much has already been written about Lindsay Lohan's recent troubles, some of it musical, so there's no need to go on about them at length here.
Instead, let's briefly discuss the ripple effect, which is what happens with other people decide that celebrity lifestyles are so desirable that they must be foisted on innocent little children. (The words "innocent," "desirable," and "lifestyles" should all be in ironic quotation marks, but that starts to look cluttered, and it "disrupts" the "flow" of "thought.")
After you watch this video -- can it be real? -- a number of questions will no doubt spring to mind, but the one that got me was this one: how can every kid be the tannest kid in the class? Isn't that impossible? (h/t: BWE)

76. This is an example of evrything wrong we are teaching our daughters. Thank god my daughter who's gorgeous and looks like herself, is now graduating college at 20. Graduated High School at 16. And is not only beautiful, but accomplished. How pathetic this mother is. Anyway Linsey Lohan has freakles and theyr'e cute too!!!

78. I've never seen a child who wasn't beautiful. If this mother didn't like light skin, she should have had a child by a man who had dark skin. But that wouldn't work because then the child would have dark hair then the mother would have had to bleach the poor child's hair. No matter what she looks like that poor child won't win. I bet she plays with Barbie dolls that are just as artifical looking as that child after the tanning. The mother needs to save her money so she can pay the child's therapy bill when she becomes a teen.

87. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Fake tans are everywhere, not just in FL and CALI. What ever happened to people admiring fair skin if they have it, you know, the "peaches & cream" type of complexion. I don't tan, and as a result, have great skin at age 53, no wrinkles or spotting. I get lots of compliments. If I go swimming, I enjoy the water, use sunscreen and any color I get is during swimming. I don't just lay there and "tan". My teenage daughter does the same thing, goes to the beach uses sunscreen, but just doesn't lie there for hrs. like a fried chicken. Doesn't anyone see how older actresses like Bridget Bardot, Linda Evans and others whose claim to fame were their tans look now? No amount of sun damage reversal can ever get back the texture of natural skin. Leather should be tanned, not people's skin. Fake tans look so ugly and orange and shame on the lady making her little girl
get a tan! The girl looked positively orange and fake, not to mention the damage she received from the tanning bed! PS. Check out how beautiful Courtney Cox is with her porcelain skin. She has never tanned because her dad died of a form of skin

89. I saw that show, and first of all it was a spray on tan, not the UV type, but the whole thing is insane! That mom is a nut, and the kid has no chance at a "normal" life. Do you really think that a child is gonna care if they are tan for their school picture?? Sadness all around.
