I'll tell you what we want, what we really, really want. The dream team. Gore-Obama 2008. GOROBAMA!
Deep in our hearts, that's what we all want. Obama sounds so good. His speech on foreign policy yesterday hit so many good notes. But we're all a little worried about two things. Does he have enough experience to win? In other words, is he quite there yet? And does he have the courage to do what is right even if it might not be popular at the time?

17. GORE AND OBAMA!!!!THE THOUGHT OF IT ! THE TWO OF THEM TOGETHER! ARE THERE ENOUGH WORDS TO SAY HOW WRONG AND BIZZARE THIS PAIRING EVEN SOUNDS. BESIDES WHERE WOULD YOU PUT OBAMA'S EGO? IT GROWS EVERYDAY. IT WOULD BE OBAMA AND GORE . NO THANKS.

18. Can SoreLoserMan ever be President of the United States? I don't think the majority of voting Americans, the only ones that count, want to re-visit the whine. So I think a Gore-Obama ticket would be a gift to Guiliani-Thompson. Now a Clinton-Obama ticket would be tougher to beat. Either ticket would constitute the Al Qaida Nuclear Invitational Administration.

19. R U talkina me? Ya kiddin -right? How's bout Clinton-Gore or Gore Clinton??? Sorta has a familiar ring to it, don't cha think???
As an independent who was against little 'w' way back when Pabush was prez in his wifey, that old broad, whatser name, Bit, ooopsie, Bab's, decided she wanted to buy her B-O-Y a gift of the next presidency, It worked and look at the disaster that's taken place since.
No to Gore, no to Obama the inexperienced and as for Hillary who looks more presidential than all other contenders-no, she will never succeed at fixing all the damage done by her predecessor the neo-con puppet figurehead.
We need new brains in WDC-so far-none of the above or other is worth serious consideration--BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD.

20. al gore besides claiming to invent the internet, is psychotic.

21. if rosie odonnell was happily married to a man, her lack of talent for anything would be so obvious;
but the fact that she isn't married to a man, this is why she is popular, because ANYTHING unconventional, anti christian, anti family is envogue.

22. I am not a Republican or Democrat, but the next president of the United States will be Fred Thompson. I've been guessing the correct president for many years; never missed......

24. I'd love to be able to vote for Gore again. His only weakness is that he genuinely feels pain when malintentioned jerks call him names. He looks and sounds weak. If he can get angry and hit back, hard, then, with Obama, we may be able to undo much of the damage of the previous 8 yrs.

25. Fred Thompson? Give me a break. An actor? Why the GOP loves to run down Hollywood. But then again he could learn his lines just like Ronnie did. I am guessing he would not be as easy to control. No, I don't think America needs Fred. Lets get someone with half a brain this time.

26. You can come up with all the combinations of pres./vpres. to the wishful Dems all you want, it does't really matter. We can assume by the lack of GOP reaction to Bloomberg's exit from their party and the expectation of his running as an Independent that the GOP will yet again steal the election despite the majority of Americans opposed to GOP leadership continuing moving, as most Americans now agree,'in the wrong direction'. Perot did it for Clinton(twice)and Nader did it for W. Politics as usual...this is what will happen. More of the same old, white rich guy making his buddies wealthier. Probably Thompson(Freddy)...the dreams are already beginning.
As for my wishful thinking...Al Gore/Bill Richardson. But then who ever voted the class nerds over the prom king and queen.
Bill(not Richardson)

27. Gore would be a fool to run. Now he is known as a "green" hero. If he did get into office, he would not be able to accomplish much because of the costs involved. If we as a country truely want to help the environment, we must give up on some of our greed. Do people truely need these massive 2 story foyers that require much heat in the winter & A/C in the summer? Or, their Hummers or Ford Broncos to go to the grocery store? etc...

28. I'd certainly vote for them over the hypocritical, faith-rather-than-logic-based programs of the hateful republicans. We have had our constitution trampled on, our civil rights and rights to free expression decimated, our good jobs exported overseas, our very way of life undermined by this big-business loving idiot. Enough is enough!

29. Obama criticizes Hilary Clinton for Voting Yes on the war. So did majority of us, Americans.
He DID NOT VOTE. He may have been leaning against the war. But, HE DID NOT VOTE.So as far as I am concerned, his opinion does not count. He did not abstain either.Just like Giuliani missing all the Iraq panel meetings; same difference. If he had voted NO then , he has the right to point fingers.
