School is Suing Fox News for Reporting Parody Story as Real News

I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. Fox News doesn't appear to have much of a "Fact Checking" department and in April they got caught reporting an entire story incorrectly. Check out the video below. Steve Doocy assures the audience that he checked up on several sources and this was not a joke.

LEWISTON, Maine --A school administrator who says he was ridiculed and harassed based on a bogus news story is suing.

Lewiston School Superintendent Leon Levesque is seeking $75,000 in federal court in Portland to deter what his attorney Bernard J. Kubetz characterized as irresponsible reporting by Fox News Channel.

I am honestly not sure how this will turn out, Fox News actually won a previous case indicating that they were in fact allowed to distort the news. I heard about that thanks to this clip from the documentary "The Corporation."
