47. Universal health care sounds good until you live it.
My father in law who lived in England died a few years ago of cancer. He was put on a waiting list for diagnostic testing for 3 months and died before he was even able to get a scan.
When I visted him in England at the hospital it was dirty and he was in a ward with alot of other people. He couldn't even have a phone in his room so my husband and I could not even speak with him until we arrived in England.
I would rather pay medical insurance and work on fixing what is wrong about the system we have then to totally sack this system for what I experienced in England.

52. Michael Moore is an asshole. He has made a fortune off of the missery of others! He Passes himself off as a documentary film maker but that is also a lie. Documentary filmakers present both sides WITHOUT bias. Even Moores most ardent fans must admit that he is anything but unbiased! In Bowling for Columbine he claimed that if you opened a checking account at a local bank they would just hand over a rifle to you and you could walk down the street with it. LIE!!! In Fakenhight 911 Moore took extreme liscense with the truth in order to make his point. Then went to Europe and told reporters that Americans were "The stupidist people on the planet". All the while heading to the bank and making millions. Then that idiot Bill Mahr keeps having Moore on his show and acting like he is the next Mesiah. But then Mahr is a liberal moroon.
Now we see that CNN has the nerve to question Moores facts and his latest movie and he is screaming mad.Must be close to Armageddon...the liberal press questioning Michael Moore?

55. I just saw "Sicko" and believe MM is right on again! Yea, he probably oversimplifies and tends to generalize at times, but he makes people think. I just wish we had more Micheal Moores in this world! For anyone this controversial, you know he is getting to the truth and hitting raw nerves!

What Mr. Moore left out of his movie is what the CIA and federal government are secretly doing. In a deal that was hatched during the Clinton regime, the CIA has a secret program where they take disabled people held in conservatorships where a judge rips all their rights away and forces these poor people to take medications in violation of their patient rights. In otherwords, these poor folks are used for the convenience of the government to test experimental drugs and they are killing some of them. I believe this has to do with the detainee situation. This secret program known by the Clintons and Bush involves the crooked drug companies, crooked attorneys and judges and is run through District Attorney offices thoughout the nation! People and politicians and getting paid off for millions. This is why they killed Shandra Levy that was an inside job.

So, how do I know this? My brother, Dan Farmer, is one of these poor victims and he is held hostage as I write this at Ember Care Maclay Convalescent Home in Sylmar, 12831 Maclay, Sylmar, CA 91342. He is held against his will in an illegal concservatorship where family members were never notified as required by law by a former LA brother peace officer (DA investigator) If you don't believe me, try calling 818-361-4455 and see if they will let you talk to him. Ask to talk to Dan Farmer. Try visiting Dan and see if they do not threaten to call LAPD 911! I have fought 19 civil cases in the LA courts for restraining orders and won most of them were they were framing me and family!

56. Micheal Moore was right about the war and the idiot that was voted into office and it took 3 years and over 3,500 soldiers lives for the American public to admit it. How long until the facts show that he is right this time too. Yes Dr. Gupta is a fine doctor and surgeon but are you all trying to say that doctors are always right. Are you willing to believe that a doctor could never be wrong? If that were the case there would be no need for malpractice insurance. Bottom line our country is going to hell and it's being led there by George W. Bush and all of the sheep who share his beliefs. Wake up America if Canada's medical situation was as bad as Dr. Gupta claims wouldn't we see more of the Canadian people trying to come to America like the Mexican people. And as far as calling him names grow the hell up. Is that what we do when we don't agree with what someone says we resort to calling them names. Are you incabable of having an adult discussion on the issues. I didn't see Micheal Moore calling anyone names. He demanded an apology that well lets face it he deserves.

THE ONES WITHOUT INSURANCE ARE EITHER IN DENIAL OR REALLY HAVE NO MONEY. THE ONES WITHOUT MONEY ARE ON WELFARE THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY OR BECOME WARDS OF THE STATE. BUT THE VAST MAJORITY OF UNINSUREDS ACTUALLY CHOOSE THAT POSITION FEELING THAT INSURANCE IS INTANGIBLE BUT A NEW SUV IS VERY TANGIBLE. THIS SHORT SIGHTED, FOOLISH, "IN DENIAL" MINDSET UNFORTUNATELY IS NOT ADDRESSED IN MOORE'S DOCUMENTARY. MOORE MAKES SOME POINTS BUT FAR TO OFTEN HE COMPLETELY AVOIDS RELEVENT ISSUES ALL TOGETHER OR SIMPLY PLAYS FAST AND LOOSE WITH THE FACTS. I SUPPOSE IT'S "HEALTHY" TO HAVE A MOUTH LIKE HIS OPERATING TO ADDRESS OVERLOOKED ISSUES.
HOW ABOUT FREE LEGAL CARE TOO MICHAEL? WHY SHOULD LAWYERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO EARN A LIVING? QUALITY "ANYTHING" HAS A PRICE MR. MOORE.
