Bloggers claiming to have gotten their grubby, stupid, didn't- get -enough- love- as- a- child hands on Book 7 (perhaps via the shadowy warehouse worker in this photo?) are posting spoilers all over the internet. Why hate such people? No one forces us to listen to them, right? Wrong.
As we all know from the first six books, right after the stroke of midnight on the release date, everyone, everywhere begins loudly talking about who dies and how. The only way to avoid spoilers is to immediately avoid all socializing and all media from now until you've finished the book. Begin lock-down.

1. Who cares?

2. I care. Just because they want to ruin it for themselves it doesnt mean all of us potter fans want it ruined too. I cant wait to finish the book.

3. I think it's really sad that people go to such lengths to steal information (in reference to the factory worker)...I agree that it's not that big of a deal, but if I were Rowland I'd be pissed off!

4. Why read an article if you don't care?
It's just horrible, but expected. It's happened with every other HP book. Seeing as this is the last, the tension will be the highest.
Personally, I won't believe a thing until I read it.

5. The people probably do it so they can make a quick buck of peoples wants.

6. I care!! I've followed the series for 10 years! I don't want someone spoiling 10 years of loyalty for me judt because they think it would be a laugh to spoil it for everyone! And true Potter fans don't talk loudly about the outcome of the books. Wouldn't we be a little hypocritical if we did?

7. I care!! I've been a fan of the books for the last 10 years! I'm horrified that someone would spoil this for everyone just because they think it's a laugh. And NO true Potter fans don't go around "loudly talking" about details of the books. Wouldn't that be a little hypocritical?

8. You have some nerve accusing an anonynomous random warehouse worker--insinuating he is a thief. Once again, the desperate, self-promoting media wags make senseless, inane remarks and get paid for it. Why don't you make proof of your "wide-eyed" sensaionalism, or apologize for what you said.
When I hear people make irresponsible comments like this, I have trouble believing anything they say.

9. I have to wonder if this isn't a vast publicity thing due to the fact that this is the last book in the series....maybe this is a way to get more out of what's been a billion dollar moneytrain for the past 10 years....What better way to increase interest and sales than to cause chaos with "leaks"? As for me, I won't believe anything until I actually read it in the actual book, so the spoilers mean nothing to me

10. Ron dies. Voldemort kills Snape but is eventually killed by ‘love’ in the Ministry. Harry lives and has some kids later in life. COMMENCE YOUR ANTI-SOCIALIZATION CHILDREN!

So Ada, what's your opinion on illegal immigrants?
Willet at 6:06PM on Jul 18th 2007
14. David,
Maybe if you read more F%*@!en books you would be better at writing posts.
Idiot.
Just for grins, I think that you "suck adults" and "are loser" for expressing your small minded views in public. How "stupied!"
Rob at 6:07PM on Jul 18th 2007
15. I doubt Ada here wants us to stop living because of the massive spoilers flowing through society. The thing is, this book can't be summed up in three words (Snape killed Dumbledore) like Half Blood Prince so easily was. This time, more than one main character dies and it's going to take more a more elaboration explanation than saying 'so and so killed so and so.' A friend of mine has an advanced copy of the book and I have more than enough pictures of it. By all means, Harry is gonna be fine. It's everybody else who bites the dust.
