I hate to be a stick in the mud, but the time to joke about Miss South Carolina is over.
I do not find it amusing to joke about Larry Craig. He is another one of those slimeball senators whose strict adherence to family values led them down the path to gay sex. Of course they appologize and deny. The next thing is that evidence is discovered to incriminate them, then they resign. STORY OVER!!! DEJA VU !!!

17. This whole incident regarding Miss S. Carolina's questionable ability to think and speak "on her feet" (at the same time) reminds me how thankful I am for my college's Public Speaking/Debating Team. During my four college years at Mulenberg College (Allentown, PA) I invested countless hours in preparing/writing, traveling, and competing in over a dozen different speaking categories as well as formal debate.
The lessons and skills I learned in
that "extracurricular" club were among the most precious and practical ones I carried out of college and into "real life". Perhaps Miss S. Carolina could be found "Guilty" of "English Language Apathy" and sentenced to a year of participation with a local Public Speaking - Forensics Society.

Yes, she seemed to suffer from "trying-to-cram-all-the-currently-important-topics-in-an-unrelated-pageant-question" syndrome, and clearly has been using peroxide to get by for too long (no offense meant to other blondes; some of my smartest friends are blondes), but the dubbed video...? She needs no help putting incoherent, meaningless words in her mouth.
