Kal, here once again is your Kung Fu t-shirt. The black is velvet, so you may want a black light to maximize the effect. (There must be another blog-based contest with a black light prize.)

Themkickingpoe (nee Robyn), here are two views of the Jerry Van Dyke Malt Shop tee I picked up when I interviewed him down in Arkansas for The Daily Show. (He'd converted a bathhouse into a "cafe and soda shoppe." I'm not kidding.) The front view:
The back is much better:
It's oversize, yes, and I've slept in it a few times. Blayze - yes, of course you may have the t-shirt with the caricature of me:

I mistakenly said the kids at UT made it; it was actually the program board from Case Western in Cleveland. Great kids. They brought me to Lake View Cemetery so that I could photograph myself in front of James Garfield's grave:

Garfield was amazing: he could write Latin in one hand and Greek in the other - at the same time!! I can't believe he was gunned down.
Kal, Robyn and Blayze, send a mailing address to moroccablog@aol.com. Everyone else, thanks for taking part in a great contest.
Marsha, thanks for the compliment on my Leno piece.
Marta, congrats on starting your own blog.
Miguel, thanks for sharing your story and charitable effort in the comments section of an earlier post.
Oh, I'm going to be on CBS Sunday Morning tomorrow delivering a commentary. Okay, I'm hungry and have to go eat something...

1. Haha those are some hard-core t-shirts, not gonna lie. James Garfield's grave, neato! Latin in one hand and Greek in the other!? Amazing!

2. Wow! Thanks Mo! That is awesome! I really didn’t think you’d give me a shirt, especially old blue there but thanks! It’s the best Word Scramble/Labor Day gift I could ever receive. I just sent my mailing information your way, or AOL’s way, or whoever tends to the Mo Rocca 180 mail. Actually, it’d probably be easier to just meet you in your usual haunt of Central Park since I’m only a mere hour away by train. Plus I could get my copy of ‘All the Presidents Pets’ signed, but that would be just greedy.
Anyway, cool picture of Garfield’s grave. It’s a beautiful Gothic/Romanesque mausoleum, considered to be the first true American mausoleum of it's kind. He was one of our better ‘after Lincoln presidents’ whom most Americans tend to forget. It is a shame that America lost him to a disgruntled attorney, Charles J. Guiteau. He left behind a loving family, the nation, and of course, his horse Kit and his dog Veto.
Thanks again so much for the shirt! Break a leg on the Sunday Morning Show too.

3. No, thank you, Mo. Really and seriously.
It means a lot that you give a hand to our effort.
Congrats on the T-Shirt, Blayze!
(I'm jealous as all hell! nyah-nyah)
Oh, and apropos of nothin', I just found out that Monica, my kid sister who lives in Mexico City is going to have a baby!
I'll be UNCLE!
(And the best thing is, I'll be the baby's only uncle! My sister's fiancé has only got sisters for siblings! YAY!)
Going to water Lupe.
My gratitude again, Mo.
Muchas gracias por todo.
Spain reads you, Mo!

4. Aw shucks, I'm speechless, as the Cowardly Lion would say.
Congrats to the winners, but remember kids, everybody wins when you put your best foot forward...sure, that doesn't change the fact that most of us lost, but dang it, what else have we got to hang on to?

8. Good on you, Mo, and I'm sorry to be late for this party. My own entry would have been (sob):
Some people are so unable to believe in our future; I believe that they will. Because I believe that the US should help the US. The U.S. should do Iraq and the Asian countries and South Africa and such, as our, uh, education. I don’t have maps, personally, so we should be able to build everywhere, like in South Africa, or…. Over here, out there. And that should help our nation.
Up for our education and such, as in Iraq? Like, uh, the Americans help.

9. Damn, you should come to UT. Toledo could use a little spice. Although, I have a feeling some might throw rocks.
