Clearasil Ad Promotes Teen Boy-Older Woman Sex?

Has anyone else seen this Clearasil ad, in which a teenage boy comes on to his friend's mother? Seems awfully dirty for a teen-product commercial, but that's the ever-present double standard: When a teenage girl comes on to a middle-aged man, it's a Barely Legal flick (or an in-retrospect-really-gross Kevin Spacey film). When a teenage boy comes on to a middle-aged woman, it's a cute viral ad (or a great creepy movie starring Judi Dench and Cate Blanchett).

18. The kid is a dufus. I saw the ad and thought it was stupid and in poor taste. The only way to stop this stuff is boycott the product.
Realistically I see hot young girls all the time smiling at me and think wow pretty cool. Then they start talking and any desire you could possibly have had vanishes.

20. I had a "fling" with an older woman when I was 17.
It was great but you need more than sex to establish a relationship. It does seem less "creepy" for younger-man/older-woman than the other way around but two girls kissing is hot while two guys is a turn-off(for me).
I see younger women all the time in that 18-25 year old "hottie" stage but I keep thinking, "she could be my daughter". I prefer women my own age.

21. My sisters step sons use to come on to me whem they were in thrie low teens. I was 18. When I was by 20s they were in their upper teens alot of them came on to me. I thoght it was cute and funny. Now after all these years Im older now some still ask about me. Trust me if I had bedding any of them, which I didnt they woudnt have felt used or dirty. They would proably still be braging. So yes there is an double standard.

what i ment was her stepsons friends came on to me noy Lee. We still get a kick out of it. I dont know why but some times when I fixed up teens somtimes still hit on me. It a compliment, I wouldnt take it any further! But yes, if I was a man at this age some that I know would be flirting back, guys some of my male friends know whom I talking about it would make their day, but there is not 1 if them that I know would take it further.

26. wrong,wrong,wrong,people call it cute but that type of thing happenes all time.my thereapist said to me one day that mothers are having sex with there sons?at first i thought he was joking but he said in his bussiness its and epidemic??an epidemic.im not shock by anything but that made me think.now im a 47 year old male and you would want me in prison if i was leering at a girl 15.and i dont blame you on that.so why the double standard?those beutiful women on the tv that had sex with there students and got off with little to no prison time made me sick.people think its sexy,seductive and hot.but when a guy even thinks about it hes a degenerate sex maniac.when i was 20 i had a hot teacher seduce me and have sex with me .did i tell anyone ...lol no i thought i hit the jackpot.thats the diffenece in peoples thinking and that was in the 70s.so in actuality she broke the law.but young men are not going to come forward and say some hot older women seduced them .those women are useing that young guy just like older men use the young girl.im not sure on this one but i think its still on the aw books down south that you can legally marry a girl at 16 or maybe even 14 with her parents consent.i remeber it was that way in the early 80s.women sexually peak in there 30s and 40s where men do so from 15 to 25 so you take a kid thats horney 24/7 at 16 and i remebr it well when i was that age..lol and you take a women at 35 and shes feeling sexually the same as the kid does and you have one sexually explosive siutation.wheter people will admit it or not and i know they think this way? people want younger always.thats life.leona helmsley had a billions of dollars and looked like a man and with all her money no guys wanted to fuck her?and anyone with a truck load of money in the bank always goes for young and sexy.always and that will never change.looks and money equals great sex.as i watch those to catch a predetor series and its always men i see that they are terribble demented men that are caught but the clientel so to speak various from losers to doctors, cops,a senator,preist,or rabbi,teachers,counselors .so you see that every ethnic and every walk of life men want young women.doesnt make it right.and they can always go for a women whos 18 a legal age so i dont feel sorry for thease guys getting caught on the show.but if a women does the same thing she should be held to the same standards in the court of law.i dobt recall the law saying if a women does this its ok

29. The message of the ad is that you will have confidence as a result of what the product does for you....that's it! My God, are we really this uptight? When I was a teenager I definitely had friends with hot mom's and I definitely was attracted to them. Interestingly, I believe that the reverse scenario (teenage girl being attracted to older man) is actually a much more likely and more common situation!

30. I think most people miss the commercial goal of the commercial. In most households who buys the cleansers and cosmetics? That's right, the Mom. The goal here is to get in the Mom's head. Hey, Mom you are still hot! (But only if there is clearasil around, then he won't look like he is to young.)
