2. Great job.
Our Democratic Congresspeople are pussies for not impeaching this stupid bastard in the Whitehouse.

3. Is partisan, weakly constructed commentary (merely an opinion, friends) to be considered an observation. Truman won the '48 election, Keith--so did his political actions toward a general really hurt him. So which way are trying to spin it anyway? That as the Commander-in-Chief the President (whoever not just Bush) is at the top and expected to direct action in war or not? Were Truman and Lincoln right or wrong to replace generals to have them reflect the direction given at the top. Just vote next year for the Democratic candidate, as you so clearly will, the Commander-in-Chief will change (and possible miltary leadership & direction). Very simple 5th grade civics lesson, Keith.

4. Bush would love nothing more than to have a military takeover. That way he could be the "deciderer in charge" forever and not have to have those pesky elections.

5. Fact: geoWge relinquished his sworn oath of office as commander in chief stating that he would leave the final 'DECISIONS' to the next administration.
This alone is patently clear evidence and proof that flies in the face of conservative ethics. Staying the course for political purposes and only abandoning you duty when removed from the position of command, NOT prior..geoWge and his junta started this ill thought conflict with no strategized thought given for it's conclusion. The republic party defamed through advertising two of our military honored, how dare this AWOL spokesman figurehead for the neo-con/military industrial complex assault out hearing with his planned whining.

6. This guy is such a horrible hypocrit. "Show some RESPECT!" Who is Olbermann to talk about showing anyone some respect? I love lefty blowhards like Olbermann just a little more then righty blowhards like O'Reilly, because they're not embarrassed to apply rules to everyone but themselves. They call everyone else a hypocrit while spewing hyporcritical crapadoo in the next sentence. "Bush smears move-on.org" and ignores the move-on.org was smearing just as much. He says that Bush politicized Patreus, when that was 100% the media. Patreus is obligated to go to congress with reports, the media (especially this guy) made it a political circus. Thank god this guy has such a small audience.

7. He's quite mad you know....I used to think he was doing a cheap anti-Fox parody...but I truly think he's gone off the deep end.
Also, does he ever do a show when he doesn't mention his competition? That should tell you all you need to know.

8. What a pompous ass. It's amazing how people herd around those who are unqualified to make certain criticisms as long as those critics appear self-confident enough to appear as if they know what they're talking about.
That being said, I agree with most of Keith's observations. I just think that any of you could make the same statements with equal (or MORE, as may be the case) 'truth' value, but you have to be self-righteous enough to rile up a mob.

9. Remember that Sherman pushed his troops hard in his march on Atlanta, so that the press could report a major Union victory prior to the election of 1864.
Lincoln was trailing McClellan in the polls, but reports of taking the South's major rail hub probably won the election for Lincoln.

10. Olbermann is one of the most disingenous punks on the airwaves. He lies constantly, and has stolen his entire "bit" from a combo of Stewart and Letterman. The Letterman thievery is so blatant I am surprised Dave hasn't come after him yet. He is a disgrace and embarrassment to us who lean left. Just because he hates Bush doesn't make him an ally to those who want to do what's right in our world.

11. Dear #10, While you are entitle to your opinion you could not be more mistaken. Everything that Keith Olbermann reports on is backed by facts, no need take his word for it or mine. Simply take the time to read, listen, watch for yourself!!!
"Digrase and embarrasment" Words that I find very importand these days and used by millions of us, when we have to talk about the man that is occupying the White House and taking our country hostage! It is so much more than hating someone. It is not that we hate the decider and his administreation. It is his actions, his lies, his methods of getting power by either scaring citizens into voting for his party, condeming anyone who dares disagrees with his rediculous policies. The man (I'm using this term very loosly) is a walking Embarrasement and disgrace to our nation and to the human race.
Keith Olbermann, THANK YOU FOR HAVING WHAT IT TAKES TO SPEAK OUT!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

12. Olby, baby, you should have stuck with sports reporting, you sound more and more like a whining woman every day. I love people who talk about the military that have never served, you're all a bunch of morons. (Sean Hannity included) Who's politisizing what here? The Democraps or the Republiturds? There's no difference between them at all, they are all as narccisitic as any worthless hollywood "star" or MSNBC commentator. We need to change the way we work this "democracy", it hasn't worked in a long time. Elections are just bigger and more expensive versions of high school popularity contests. Smell the coffee y'all, lawyers and insurance companies are who really run the world, let's follow Shakespeares advice and off most of them and start all over.

13. A few months ago, while watching Bill Moyers being interviewed by Tim Russert, the subject turned to the TRUTH. Shockingly, Moyers responded that " the truth has no credibility". He was talking about 2007, not the Dark Ages...
Broadcast media is dominated by corporate toadies and Shtick- meisters. Hot talk, hate-talk and religious heretics who wouldnt know the TRUTH if it hit them in the head.
Keith is the best. Smart, insightful, unafraid and yes, a little shtick, too. I look forward to his show, every day. GO KEITH GO !!

14. I like that when Keith does have a special comment it feels and sounds like what I would like to hear others in "power" say. I agree with Keith's latest comment about the general. Like everything Bush does, and mind you I do not think he is smart enough to make these decisions all by himself, he does things that are contrary to what he has told the American people previously. We where suppose to wait for the general, but the information coming out from the NIE and other sources were contrary to what the general on the ground was saying. He did not even ask the questions that were asked to him, especially the one by Sen. Warner: "are we safer". America is suppose to be a country of being able to disagree and talk freely about things that we feel are not right and for my money and time Keith Olbermann makes me proud that at least someone has frozen up with fear and afriad to say things that a lot of us wish were being said!!!

15. My fear is if a Democrat becomes the next President of the U.S.of A. we will have a third world military style coup led by the Private Conservative Army Blackwater. Seriously folks, the signs are all there, anyone seen irobot? In order to protect the U.S.of A.in may be neccessary to "sacrifice" a few, rights, freedoms and lives... stuck up the bunker... Geo
