A 28 year old man apparently taped Britney Spears having sex with him in Hawaii (yet another poor choice for Britney). She didn't know she was being taped. This guy is the worst of the worst. I can't imagine too many things you can do to somebody that would be worse than taping them having sex without their permission and then putting it out on the internet. But what you'll love most is what he hasn't put out the tape yet.

1. Poor Britney, I think she has totally lost it. I pray that she wakes up now that her 2 little boys have been taken away from her. I wish she had a "real" support group to help her out before she totally ruins her life. There is still hope that she can change!! Pray for Britany. She needs all the prayers she can get. Oh, and Criss Angel, I wish you would stay away.....this is only asking for trouble in your life..........WAKE UP!!DUDE!!

2. Yeah too bad for Britney... or maybe she shouldn't be getting wasted and sleeping with random 28 year olds. Yes, he did an asshole thing by recording it and trying to put it on the net, BUT she should have been using better judgment.

Yes, she is on a self induced downward- spiral. And yes, anyone that made the kind and number of mistakes that she did, would also be on a similar trajectory; That said it has got to be hard living in a fish bowl.

5. Can't anyone in the media take the high road and leave this woman alone ?? The way the media reports on her ad nauseam is just sad, and it really shows how far down in the gutter our news outlets have gone. I'm not a fan of Brittany Spears, but enough already !!! Leave the broad alone. And we wonder why other countries hate us so much.
