Ok, let me keep it simple for you: Let's say that little Enoch's mom told him that he can only eat one Twinkie per day and only Twinkies, no other junk food. Now, little Enoch is getting somewhat plump, but is still below cardiac infarction levels. Then little Enoch comes home one day and his mommy says: "Eat as many Twinkies and Ding Dongs as you want." Now, little Enoch is steadily growing in size, and finally reaches driving age.
Suddenly, "grown-up" Enoch has a full blown coronary while driving and crashes his car into a crowd of people, as a result of his over-indulgence, and the AVAILABILITY of more junk food!
