Why do Americans support Ann Coulter?
Ada wrote a post about Ann's latest statements, where she says everybody should be Christian and even the Jews can be "perfected" by becoming Christian. With currently over 35,000 responses, Ada's poll concludes that 24% of respondents are in Ann Coulter's corner; 24% - that's a lot of stupid. I wonder what percentage of that are women? Especially considering Coulter would prefer that women didn't have the right to vote.

Remember that Ann Coulter is an American best seller and since 9/11 she has written four best-selling books. Her latest comments come as she is taking pre-orders for her new book. Seriously people, stop buying her books and maybe she will go away. Let's take a moment and reflect on her books' titles and the stupid things she's said.

3. It's amazing to me that people like Ted Turner, Jesse Ventura and even the host of NPR can make hateful comments about Christians and people don't bat an eye. But a provocateur like Ann Coulter makes a controversial statement about Jewish people and people try to point out her hatefulness by being hateful themselves. How ironically sad is that?

6. Well...Christians do believe that the New Testement "perfected" the Old Testement, just as Jews believe that Jesus was not a prophet of God. This is kind of really not that interesting or outrageous. She did not advocate the "perfecting" of Jews, she said Christians were tolerant. Of all the crappy things this lady has said, this is way, way down there. She has said one thing I agree with liberals just LOVE to be offended and outraged. LOL

8. Like a small child, Ann Coulter has decided to settle for negative attention than no attention at all. If she wasn't intentionally provocative, she would get no attention at all. She would be irrelevant.

They show how ignorant, bigoted, nasty and hateful the neo-con movement really is. Speak on, Ann. Bloviate on Rush! Write on Dinesh! I can think of no better argument that the respresentatives of "conservatism" to vote Democrat a year from now.

10. I think it is rather intriguing that so many people dislike her. It's even more intriguing that the people who dislike her are the ones who are constantly talking about her. However, that is ok with me, keep her in the spot light. More people should be exposed to the truth she speaks. Also the comment: "Ann Coulter masturbates to the thought of fascism" is ridiculous, did you use your last three brain cells to think that up? Come on, have some tact! Also, I don't care how much you dislike anyone, calling them stupid when clearly their education and IQ says other wise is clearly a comment of a Neanderthal!

Coulter knows that Leftists do not have the prerequisite intelligence needed to decipher the difference between sarcasm, jokes and real issues; therefore, Leftists often label people like Coulter a bigot, racist or sexist, because they are unable to compete intellectually, sarcastic humor baffles them, and they cannot formulate a coherent rational argument against her ideas.
