This is the hardest multiple choice I have ever had to put together -- what is the most offensive thing Ann Coulter has ever said? There are so many choices, how do you boil it down to just four?
How do you compare her comments on Muslims -- America should "invade their [terrorists'] countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity" -- to her comments on Jews -- "we just want Jews to be perfected"? How do you decide which one is more heinous. I guess the comment on Jews didn't include killing their leaders and invading their countries. Does that make it any better?
Then there are the comments that are more stupid than offensive. Here is one about New Yorkers: If attacked by terrorists, "they would immediately surrender." Here's one of the problems with that statement: They were attacked -- on 9/11.
As far as I remember, New York did not immediately surrender to Al Qaeda. To top it off, Coulter also said: "Oh God, they're so stupid in New York." Right, as opposed to her brilliant analysis.
And, of course, there;s the instant classic about the 9/11 widows: "I have never seen people enjoying their husband's death so much." What's with her and 9/11? In some bizarre way she is doing the opposite of the Republican strategy of shrouding themselves in 9/11. She seems to be attacking anyone who suffered during 9/11. The only thing crazier than this plan is the fact that it's working.
Why? Because television producers keep putting her on-air no matter what she says and they keep helping her sell books. I hope her last statement is the straw that breaks this camel's back. But you never know.
So, let's see if we're up to the challenge of picking her worst comment of all time. You can read a list of most of them here (no list is ever complete because she keeps on talking and adding to the list on a daily basis). But here are my top four. You pick which is the most offensive.
Finally, she had this gem to say about women: "We're not that bright." If she just changed the "we" to an "I" she might have finally been on to something.

16. You forgot "D" All of the Above. Everything about Ann Coulter is offensive, from her scrawny crack whore physique, to pretty much everything she spews out that gaping maw of hers.

19. THE THREE TURKS HAVE INSULTED MY INTELLIGENT MORE THAN ANN COULTER HAS WITH SOME OF THEIR DIMWIT BLOGS.

21. Ann Coulter says these outrageous things to be provocative. Her "sense of humor" as some people here say. Nothing is sacred. I find her tasteless and suspect that she only appeals to shallow rich Republicans, like herself.

22. Gee... those two capitalized comments 'sounded' like the one ignoramus... but they had the different 'handles'..
... hmm...

23. Coulter shoot its mouth off because:
1) Stupid people listen to it
2) Stupid journalists print its words
3) Stupid people buy its books (I want to pick up one of its Borders and leave a nice gooey loogie between the pages--but then I'd have to buy the piece of sh*t. Now if I could do the same at a Coulter book signing in the presence of the author before handing off for a signature, THAT would be worth the purchase price.
4) Yes, Coulter thinks it is a comedian: a talented, beautiful, and smart comedian worthy of all the media attention--and why not--the network jerkoffs slavishly broadcast every last lying, vile, cruel verbal bit of vomit that issues from that bulemic wretch's mouth. Come to think of it, that IS kind of funny.
5) Now what truly is funny is ITs remark "women are stupid. . . . " Why? Because it proves beyond doubt that Coulter is NOT a woman but a cross-dresing mysogynist running out of shock schlock crap to sling around. He's already publicly bashed a 12 year-old child, grieving widows and widowers, military, most of the human races, what's left? Oh, yeah, women . . .
That Coulter, what a card!

24. I couldn't even pick which comment was the most offensive. They are all equally heinous. I'm not Jewish, Muslim, or from NY, but I still feel personally offended by every single one of those remarks. What a stupid bitch, why is this woman given the time of day?
jmf at 8:03PM on Oct 12th 2007
25. So, "Lizard" if the YT's are so offensive why are you here? I myself find coulter to be a poor excuse for a joke and happily ignore her most of the time, with this obvious exception, what's your excuse?
Tim Brown at 8:42PM on Oct 12th 2007
26. Ann has bigger balls than Edwards or any Liberal out there. I think the most offensive thing she has said is the words "HILARY CLINTON" makes my skin crawl and should be illegal. Ann is the shizzel.

27. The worst thing Ann Coulter has ever said was the first word she spoke as a baby - it all went downhill from there.
Makendoo at 10:55PM on Oct 12th 2007
28. this skank is a pathetic hate mongerer- if the media ignored her, maybe she would end up in a municipal court somewhere prosecuting parking tickets...
arfcat9 at 11:13PM on Oct 12th 2007
29. The reason that Ann Coulter's comments ruffles so many feathers is that 'the truth hurts'. Ann's comments are not offensive but truthful. Tolerance (accepting anyone and anything no matter what) will lead us to hell in a hand basket!
Brandt Maddox at 11:25PM on Oct 12th 2007
30.
Anyone who takes Ann Coulter seriously probably also thinks professional wrestling is about serious legitimate athletic competition.
Her tasteless comments about the 9/11 widows were proof enough of her complete lack of class - she continues to show her ignorance almost every time she opens her mouth. Truth has nothing to do with anything she says or does - shocking the public into buying her her books is what it's all about. It was ironic to hear Michael Savage rip the queen of the wingnut nation by calling her a "deranged hag" on his show yesterday. Oh the irony of it all - two circus conservatives going at it. The only thing more pathetic than these two are the unsuspecting masses who buy into their nonsense and pay to be spoonfed their special brand of BS.
