George W. Bush has finally caught Richard Nixon. It's been a long, hard race but I knew little George could do it. Watch below to see how Bush has caught up to Nixon:
This is a truly pathetic president that the American people are sick and tired of. Do the people in the media have any idea how much this country can't stand George W. Bush? Stop making excuses for him. He isn't some guy who is in the history books. He is in office right now. He can do something monumentally stupid at any moment.
Every minute Bush is in office we are on the precipice of disaster. And does the media express this sense of danger? Do they reflect the American people's frustration? Do they have any sense of what's happening outside of Washington? I don't think so. They are so busy trying to pretend that everything is normal that they can't see that radicals have taken over our government. People warning you about the Bush administration aren't the extremists, as they media would have you believe, the people inside the Bush administration are the extremists.

16. Should Afghanistan and Iraq turn into stable democracies it will be due to the diligence of getting our dumb asses out of Bush's quagmire. I think you confuse politics with governing. He may be known as a great politician, be he will for many years, be known as a piss poor president, only there because of who he was related to.

17. As Noam Chomsky >>>
Chomsky is somewhere to the left of Mao. This is the unAmerican fool that cliamed we lost thousands of troops in Afghanistan and covered it up.
You children need to be a bit more decerning in your reading choices

18. How is George Bush more pathetic than Nixon. Unlike Nixon, who was truly brilliant in my opinion, Bush has not chosen to micromanage the economy.
Nixon's wage and price controls caused ecnomonic problems more than 10 years after they were terminated.
And how many government agencies came under being during the Nixon Adminstration, a supposedly Republican time frame. The EPA and OSHA come to mind, and I know there were more.
On the other hand, George Bush understands that the path to economic prosperity is through lowered tax rates and limited oversight of business.

19. I don't care about polls. They have no effect on what is actually going on. Put politics aside and honestly tell me that Bush has done a good job.

20. THE SITTING DEMOCRAT CONGRESS NOW HAS AN 11% APPROVAL RATING. THE LOWEST APPROVAL RATING "IN THE HISTORY" OF OUR COUNTRY! THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND ACCOMPLISH NOTHING. THIS IS THE CHANGE AMERICA VOTED FOR? SEEMS TO ME WE HAVE GONE DOWN HILL. PEOPLE SHOULD GET AWAY FROM PARTIES AND START VOTING FOR THE BEST CANDIDATES FOR THE FUTURE OF OUR COUNTRY. IT WILL CALL FOR US TO SPLIT OUR TICKETS BUT WE HAVE TO HAVE A LITTLE INTELLECTUAL INTEGRITY TO MAKE A REAL CHANGE.

Clue: Before Bush, the Taliban and Saddam (two of the worst despotic regimes on the planet) were doing the governing.
He may be known as a great politician, be he will for many years, be known as a piss poor president, only there because of who he was related to.>>
Only a fool would cliam to know how history will judge and administration still in power. Bush will be judged on facts ... not a liberals mindless spew.

The Bush tax cuts brought us through clinton's recession, a stock bubble and 911. Clue: The Bush economy is better than Clinton's.
Bush removed two of the worst despotic regimes on the planet and gave over fifty million people the chance for freedom, and he did it losing less troops than we lost just in practice for the D-day landings of WW2.
Bush has done more for women's rights than any president in our history. Before Bush removed the Taliban, Afghan women were nothing more than property. Today, women have a 'right' to an education and even hold elective office.
Bush had the highest sustained presidential approval ratings in our history. So, one must ask why his polls are so low now.
Answer: Bush has been a leader ... not a poll reader.

24. Is that all you got Mr. Gassett?
David McCool at 4:49PM on Oct 18th 2007
25. Bush has done more for women's rights than any other president? Iraqi women were free to show their face and work, or do you think all Middle East countries are the same. The ecomony is better now than when Clinton was president? How many people lost jobs during the Bush years, yeah many got jobs back but with way less pay than they had. And you dare to compare the deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan to the deaths in WWII? We had millions of soldiers in Europe in that war, Bush undermanned us from the start. Talk about mindless.
A leader? of who? YOU?
David McCool at 4:56PM on Oct 18th 2007
26. You can point out small things about what mr. bush did but this overall work and decision making is poor at best. I wonder if they screwed up on purpose to keep people like me and you arguing over small things while they begin to turn the U.S. into a facist state.
David McCool at 4:57PM on Oct 18th 2007
27. Facist as in Corporations running over the government leaving this country ran by the very wealthy leaving the people at the mercy of their needs. Bush and his pals think all the government is good for is to grant contracts to themselves.
David McCool at 5:01PM on Oct 18th 2007
28. I get that the conservatives leaving comments on here naturally want to defend Bush...but let's get real..none of the GOP candidates running for president are speaking highly of Bush...in fact, they are not speaking his name at all..if that is not enough to convince you Bush is unpopular, nothing else will.
Have fun living in la la land.

30. CENT you lie again
You name no source for your approval figures that you quote for Bush.
Lets use noted Gallap Poll Oct 07 Bush at 32% approval, or CNN Oct approval rating of Bush at 36%
Lowest ever, Young Jerks LIE again. That title belonged to Harry Truman whose approval ratings were 23% for 2 months, Nov 51 and Jan 52, and even lower at 22% in Feb 52.Democrat President Truman had the lowest approval ratings ever for a Amerian President in the history of the USA at rock bottom 22% in Feb 52
Bush still has higher approval ratings that the Democratic Congress with Bush at 32% and Congress at 24%,Gallap Polls.
Cent your lies are exposed again with FACTS, go check them.
