George W. Bush has finally caught Richard Nixon. It's been a long, hard race but I knew little George could do it. Watch below to see how Bush has caught up to Nixon:
This is a truly pathetic president that the American people are sick and tired of. Do the people in the media have any idea how much this country can't stand George W. Bush? Stop making excuses for him. He isn't some guy who is in the history books. He is in office right now. He can do something monumentally stupid at any moment.
Every minute Bush is in office we are on the precipice of disaster. And does the media express this sense of danger? Do they reflect the American people's frustration? Do they have any sense of what's happening outside of Washington? I don't think so. They are so busy trying to pretend that everything is normal that they can't see that radicals have taken over our government. People warning you about the Bush administration aren't the extremists, as they media would have you believe, the people inside the Bush administration are the extremists.

47. The media is the ultimate enabler. They gave Bush & co. a total pass on Iraq, 911, Katrina, Valerie Plame, on and on and on.
The WWIII nonsense is the most frightening and we have to here about Brittany losing the kids again, and Ellen's dog woes!!!!
I stopped watching CNN long ago, never was dumb enough to watch Faux News, now listen to NPR, The Daily Show and Keith Olberman, they are the only ones not drinking the Kool Aide.
The media started the hatchet job w/Bill and Monica and have been rolling along ever since. Keep em dumb and uninformed and you can get away w/murder.

49. Mr. Gassett, I don't think you read books but rather watch the news to get your information. Try opening you eyes and see what is really going on.

50. Crude oil was $16 a barrel six years ago. Yesterday it was $89.47. This is what affects us directly. The rest that contributes to Bush's poll numbers is awful, and getting worse, but it's theater that's amusing conversation. And we kept hearing the clever term "Bush bashing" when he had it all: Executive, legislative, judicial. What did we get? $215 billion energy bill, $214 billion transportation bill, $250 billion agriculture bill, and billions added to pharmaceuticals subsidies. Then there's their war machine. All that stuff about the low tax, get government out of our lives GOP (and flag burning, and virginity and the need to take out Hussein) was a ruse to get into power. So they could pass it out to their cronies (including right wing Christian groups). And drain the surplus and take us way into debt (mainly to China). So, stop that Bush bashing! My life's better, six years on.....

52. MCCOOL, SINCE WHEN IS THE ECONOMY A SMALL THING? I MUST HAVE MISSED THAT ONE ...DURING THE CARTER YEARS...! NO MATTER WHAT FACTS ARE BROUGHT FORWARD TO YOU AND YOUR ILK CONCERNING OUR PRESIDENTS ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR THE GOOD OF OUR COUNTRY, YOU PROVE OVER AND OVER AGAIN YOU'LL NEVER BE SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWERS OF THE QUESTION YOU ASKED! ITS OBVIOUSLY IN A LIBS DNA TO BE UNHAPPY AND ARGUE. YOU PREFER TO HATE AND NOT GIVE CREDIT WHEN ITS DUE. YOU SURE ARE A HATEFUL BUNCH! HELL, I EVEN GAVE CREDIT TO CLINTON WHEN HE SIGNED (WITH A REPUB CONGRESS) BILL TO GET RID OF THE WELFARE STATE...THEN AGAIN I'M A FAIR PERSON WHO GIVES CREDIT WHERE ITS DUE.

53. I love OUR President. History will prove you ney sayers sooooooo wrong! You are party driven and thats just sad, because your democrats DECEIVED you and you bought it hook, line and sinker! That should teact you a lesson... split your tickets for the best candidates, not along party lines. Had you voted in the Republicians that agreed with your view on the war you would have gotten the majority of votes you needed to stop it. But you voted straight democrat tickets and the republicians got the blue dog dems you voted in!! Learn how to vote!

55. #48 You libs say we went to war for the oil, So wouldnt a clear thinking person then ask, if we went to war for cheap fuel then why is oil costing so much...I guess you libs have to find yourselves some different talking points, eh? And maybe someday you'll also realize why we're really in Iraq, maybe not tho... you dont seem to be into reasoning, your Bush deranged syndrome has eaten away that part of your brains.

56. Hey Al is your last name Gore...Mr. The Sky Is Falling...DOOM AND GLOOM...You must not have been an adult during the four years Carter was our president, now that was depressing!! High unemployment, High taxes, WE WERE IN A RECESSION, no money in our pockets...Americans held as hostages in Iran for over 400 days, Gas Lines a mile long and you were only "allowed" to gas up on certain days depending on the last number on your license plate (even or odd) I could go on and on but I dont want to depress you any futher, nor do I want to have to think about it any longer...Carters legacey is already written and is available to read about in books at your local Barnes and Noble. You have NO CLUE if you think we don't have a much better man in the oval office today!

57. Regardless of the poll numbers, George Bush's intelligence, or lack thereof, is only a debatable point amongst a few people willing to waste the energy to argue with signposts.
Let's just say, for reasons of the aforementioned useless arguement that the guy's a genius. Who cares? His lack of leadership is self evident.
Our country is in the worst financial, foreign policy and social circumstances it has been in for the last fifty years. His eight years in office have been a disaster and they've bankrupted this country.
