David Phillips has come forward with the story of how he slept with Senator Larry Craig (R-ID) on one dismal night twenty years ago. As you will hear from the story, it was dismal for a number of reasons. There are the seedy sexual and scatological parts to this story, but I think the real reason it churns the stomach is because of how Craig, who was a Congressman at the time, treated this young man after their encounter.
If he wasn't such an unbelievable hypocrite and jerk, I would actually feel sorry for Senator Craig because he must have been miserable hiding this secret his whole life. But he ruins any sympathy we might have for him by being such an unabashed liar and all around bad guy. In order to cover up for what he views as his transgressions, he takes it out on the rest of the gay community by trying to pass laws against them. And this is all on top of what you heard described in the video above.

1. Once again the clown Uygur demonstrates why he has no credibility and why nobody reads his ramblings anymore. The reason I continue to visit is to chuckle over just how few people comment.
The fact that Uygur has the nerve to call anyone an "unabashed liar" is laugh out loud funny and is even more humorous when one considers he claims Bill Clinton as his personal hero.

3. After visiting the link - and reading the accusations - the remaining question; where is the HARD evidence?
Nothing in this tail, oops, tale, provides anything which would lead one to believe or take it as factual. No mention is made describing specifics which would be provable, i.e., specifics pertaining to the accusors target physical identifying characteristics, birth marks etc. No reason to expect someone to remember all this since as stated this supposedly took place twenty odd years ago.
Larry Craig is GAY, but can this be irrefutably proven?
Cenk, this really is NOT news worthy since none of it brings forward provable evidence. Very dissapointingly since this writer would like nothing more than to see Craig proven to be our opinion of him.

The Supreme Court has ruled that gay sex in a public rest room is not against the law.
In this case there was not any sex, even more so no law broken.

15. I'm not defending Larry Craig, who I believe is a lying hypocrite and a creep, but I'm not so sure about this man's story either. Maybe he is telling the truth...who knows. There's no proof. Maybe this is a cautionary tale to both gay and straight people. Be careful who you pick or...or allow yourself to be picked up by..in a bar. Don't expect romance and flowers when you are basically selling yourself, which, by this guy's own admission..he was doing.
