I'm getting back to you regarding your #16 post. Well, do you remember when all hell broke loose and Mr. DeLay had to step down because of all the scandels concerning his taking brives and his dealings with Jack Abramoff (I suck at spelling, so I doubt I spelled the last name correctely) well anyway, it was around that time that his AFFAIRS come out of the closet!! This was all over the news! Now, if we only limit ourselves to one media outlet, whether it be TV, radio, or newspaper, we sometimes miss things. However, I can give you some information and you can look it up for yourself. You can simply Google Mr. DeLay, or you can read a political biography on Tom DeLay, titled the Hammer, by author Lou Dubose.

Now, to take it a step further (I'm not referring to affairs here) I would highly recomend that you take some time and read the following books. Oh and don't worry, I would never suggest you read anything by a "Liberal". These books were written by John W. Dean the former Counsel to the Richard Nixon White House. These books were on the Bestseller lists. 1) CONSERVATIVES WITHOUT CONSCIENCE. 2)WORSE THAN WATER GATE. 3)THE SECRET PRESIDENCY OF GEORGE W. BUSH. 4) BROKEN GOVERNMENT. He also has a couple more books that are worth checking out!! Anyway Dave, I promised I would get back to you and I always try to keep my promises.

1)My original post was not referencing Ted Kennedy's accident and the drowning. I was talking about Kennedy's proclivities in the area of illicit extra-curricular activities. My point was, who is worse, Mark Foley, who sent inappropriate E-Mails or Kennedy, whose party - animal act is almost as impressive as Clinton's? And do you have any real proof that Foley actually had a gay affair? Again, since you like to distort people's words, I am not defending Foley. He needed to resign.

2. Harry Reid has been discredited and his popularity rating has dropped off a cliff within the Democrat party and in Nevada. He twisted Rush's words and distorted them and you clearly have no more interest in telling the truth than Harry Reid does. Rush raised $4.2 millions for the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation, including a $2.1 donation of his own money. Everybody should hate the military like that.

3. Rush challenged Michael J. Fox because he wasn't telling the truth. Fox doesn't get a free pass because he has disease. He stepped into the political arena and he should be able to deal with criticism. If you can't stand the heat....

4. Rush got hooked on painkillers which were legitimately prescribed. And when have you lefties ever had a problem with drugs anyways? I love it when all the recycled hippies from the 60's and 70's start crusading against drugs when somebody else is using them.

5. Once again, the 625,000 Iraqi civilian deaths number is totally bogus. It's promulgated by people with an ax to grind against the President. The UN says the real number is 70,000 and as I've pointed out already, they're hardly in Bush's pocket. Nice try.
