Kyla Ebbert, the 23-year-old college student and Hooters waitress who made news earlier this year when she was asked to leave a Southwest Airlines flight for wearing a skimpy outfit, has decided to grab a few more of her fifteen minutes of fame by posing nude for Playboy. She gives the usual acceptable reasons -- the female body is a beautiful thing (true), it was very tastefully done (remains to be seen), her boyfriend was supportive (does he have a choice?). The spread, which includes both lingerie and lingerie-less photographs, is called "Legs in the Air." Can anyone think of a better title? Here are some suggestions, or send in your own.

I remember seeing this woman on another blog - there was nothing wrong with the way she was dressed on the airline. What should we all dress like? Pilgrims?

7. The ironic thing is that Southwest Airlines got its big start thirty or so years ago by its use
of very scantly attired female flight attendants (then called stewardesses), The line's publicity stressed the airline's "Hot Pants" dressed "stewardesses." (Isn't this really, really ironic?)

And shout, "Look, Ma, she's got no pants!"
So though, in truth, it's far more healthy
To wear no thongs, and let things breathe,
It fell to one, who was not wealthy,
To ask of Kyla, that she wreathe
Her treasures in some kind of cloth,
Which made Ms. Ebbert's momma seethe,
And even at the mouth to froth,
For she thought that her precious darling,
Should not have been told to cover
That which was her wondrous plaything,
And which now, thought not on cover,
In the Playboy spread she shows off,
Saying, though we cannot hear,
"Here I am, with my clothes off,
And see, there's naught for you to fear!"
