2. What a pack of weasels! And what a mealy-mouthed weasel that Romney punk is proving to be. I liked Stephen King's idea. Let'swaterboard Jenna Bush and see if she thinks it is torture. Better yet,
let's waterboard George Dumbya. Who cares what he concludes after it ends?

3. Oh Yes, John McCain, "We would not allow torture to occur in the United States", we just kidnap them, put them in black rooms, Abu Ghraib, GITMO and torture them there, so in essence I suppose that is PolitiKKKs in the USA.
I have no idea what is happening on 12/05/2007 in DC at the Supreme Court, do YOU?
People should begin to educate themselves and understand what has happened in the past 7 years. Phone the lead prosecutor in Paris, France and see why Rummy does not want to vacation there anymore, at least the EU believes what they see.
AmeriKKKa, what a country..........

5. I don't agree with John McCain on most issues, but I have to take my hat off to him right here. What have we become as a Nation, that we are going to come out and state publicly that we don't torture, and then turn around and wink at the rest of the world. What a disgrace this Mitt Romney character is!

6. #1. I'll cover for Gassett. The real purveyors of torture have to be laughing hysterically over what we define as "torture." A cold towel draped over your face then water poured over that, is called torture? As opposed to burns from red-hot pokers, amputation of limbs, watching your family being murdered until you confess, then you are killed, shock treatments to genitals, etc.
This "waterboarding" is only one step removed from tickling their feet with a feather. Recently, I saw a hilarious faux pas from a liberal news reporter who requested an authentic, no holds barred, "Gitmo" style waterboarding. While getting himself psyched-up to go through with it, he looks into the camera and states; "This is supposed to be PERFECTLY SAFE, but we have ambulances standing by anyway." What? ---the horrific, grotesque, barbaric atrocity, 'torture-of-all-tortures' (as described by the liberals) is considered "perfectly safe?"
Say it ain't so.

Naturally Mr. Lizard, you surely must be speaking from your own personal experience. So please tell us, just how many times did you esperiance waterboarding??? How did it feel to have your feet tickeled??
One more question Mr. Lizard, how long has John McCain been a "Liberal"? Oh and have you served your country like he did? Oh yes of course, you did, when you had your feet tickeled!!
Patty at 3:43PM on Dec 2nd 2007
8. Hey, lizard, why don't you try it on your bride? You can report back to us. Really hard to complain about U.S. citizens or soldiers being tortured by foreign forces when we do it, isn't it, lizard? Oh, not to you, but to decent, thinking people, torture is really a slippery slope.

Thanks for the invite, Boob.
Where to begin, where to begin.
The head of the CIA, at the time, was George Tenant. He's on record saying we waterboarded the mastermind of 911 and a couple of Bin Boys lieutenants ... and though much of what they said was garbage ... we did get actionable intelligence that SAVED AMERICAN LIVES.
IN addition, We have been waterboarding folks since Korea ... including our own troops for training purposes.
Conclusion: McCain and liberal have water on the brain.
Waterboarding was torture when the Japs used it on us. Waterboarding was clearly not torture, when we used it on our own troops. This is not a black and white issue ... even though all the arguments are.
I think Clinton got this one right. When he weighed in, he said. "If the bomb was about to go off, the president should order 'any means' necessariy to get the information we need to stop the bomb, then the President should go before Congress and be judged."
Are we really so enlighten as to not use any means necessary to stop that bomb? If so, we won't be for long.
You can't live life in an armchair, Boob. Would you really let the bomb go off, or would you get your waterboard busy?

10. wow lizard,
you may want to zipper that up.
your ignorance is showing again.
you really need to start reading my friend.
the "freedom of information act"
is one of the most amazing tools, and rights,
ever bestowed upon any american.
it's been a bad few years for that tool,
but your in luck that the CIA did many studies since the 40's that will enlighten you on torture.
and as for T gasset..
hmmm...
where to begin,where to begin.
well,
lets take your post....
and flush it down the toilet.
it's inane, historically flawed in its skewed revisionism,
and totally lacks context.
it is most likely the saddest piece of garbage i have seen on these threads.
you are the straw man argument artist, ill give you that.
i can look past the ad hominem's,the name calling,
the ALL CAP TWINKIEHEADS...
but what you do is far more insidious.
you do all those things,
but then you attempt to come across like you have any clue what you are actually talking about.
you post propaganda almost by rote,
thinking yourself clever and informed because you can recite rush limbaugh's arguments.
never once even considering you may be being fed false information.
so you come on these threads and regurgitate what you have heard on propaganda tv.
then of course, when someone calls you on your
ill-formed,biased and many times totally incorrect posts.
you become incensed like a petulant child,
and dismiss anyone who disagree's with you a "liberal liar"and a litany of other ad hominem's
stolen from the limbaugh's and hannity's of tv land.
you cant even insult people with something original,
you steal ad hominem's too!
you are a sheep T gasset,
plain and simple.
your thoughts are un-original,
even your insults are stale and plagerized.
and because you are so incredibly lazy,
you cant even post something that you, yourself,
researched and learned.
you are the epitome of "sychophant".
you buy into every piece of propaganda fed to you like it was gospel.
you absolutely sicken me.
and your laziness is appalling.
thank god most people on these threads know your an ill informed sychophant,
and that your posts are excrement.
as for mcain,
well..
he obviously has hands on knowledge,
but he lost credibility with me as a leader over a year ago.
thats when he started courting right-wing demogogues(sp?)like pat robertson and his "we are taking over america" tier 5 law school regent university.
thats the day john mcain sold his soul.
to stand for something, and to keep your integrity,
may mean that some may disagree with you,
some may not even like you,or what you stand for.
and yes, while they may be voters,
i think anybody can respect a person for standing up for what they believe in,
even if we disagree with that stance.
i no longer respect john mcain.
but it was good to see the john mcain i used to admire in this clip.
till next time..peace.

I'm a popular guy. First I'm invited to post, then someone I've never even heard of post the above. All it can think about is me. Gee, I better not bend over in the shower looking for the soap. Do you have a crush or what? Is the above a kin to dipping my pigtails in an ink well?
Please provide a link to anything I have said that is anywhere near the above diatribe ... or shut your ugly hole. Maybe Patty the board monitor can help you.

I was wondering about the style in which your post appear. First I thought you learned grammar in Art class, then I realized your posts appear the way they do as a result of coping your post, running it through spell check (at least), then clicking copy and pasting in this blog.
How very telling. I bet you need a lot of help ... expressing your ignorant self. LMAO

13. Let's end this, "It's OK because we do it to our own troops as part of their training," justification. We do a lot of things to some of our troops as part of their training, including exposure to toxic agents.

Yes, thank you for bringing this up! Finally, someone talks about all that goes into "Training" the troops. They must know what to expect and how to react and try to keep as calm as possible should they ever have to face something like this.
No matter what waterboarding is TORTURE!
