Jon Stewart brings in old friend of the show John Bolton, you know this was going to be a great interview, especially if you remember the last time Bolton was on the show (
March 2007,) Although Bolton made Stewart look like a fool, our favourite News man
enjoyed the final laugh. Anyway, last nights interview was informative, lots of questions asked about the current American foreign policy et all...
Continue for part two....
Huzzah, below is part two.
Great, so I hope you all found that informative and relevant, please don't call me a "
liberal fascist" for posting this, but Jon Stewart had me on the floor er..um...ROFL, with this analysis of Bush in the Middle East. It was
classic Daily Show, mocking President Bush, the raw video of the Bush speech is
on the youtube.

1. The idea of democracy as we have come to know democracy(despite its current blantant erosion)is an unknown entity to all of the middle east. The call for democracy-free and unpolluted elections-would give the Islamic parties the majority vote (as in Algeria 15yr ago). This will not be allowed by either the oligarchies or the western powers. There would be considerable difficulties if democracy were to flourish in this region. The New World Order is a hoax, if not an excuse, for the prologue to continuing or initiating war(s)in the oil-rich nations. Algeria's Islam Front Party was freely elected and had the majority vote. Fearing the institution of an Islamically-controlled government(Iran though Saudi Arabia is technically one, too)the US offered weaponry and ammunition and Seals aid to the military leaders ruling the country to fight what"the rebels"). America is afraid of democracy in Algeria(also an oil producer) especially those that would endanger the needs of the US. freely elected. The western concept of democracy will never belong in the hearts and minds of the Mid East peoples. We need to change our hackneyed promotion of this hoax (we truly are NOT dedicated to democracy in the middle east). Democracy is the disinformation touted by our shadow government.Let's redefine the concept and stop beating around the Bush.

2. Good to see you back Jeff....... I was getting ready to send out a rescue party for you.........
Democracy, hmmmmmm sad to see such a good form of government get misused and abused..... whereas some say an Oligarchy exist, or communism, or fascism.... or the both working together and calling it the two party system.....
My opinion.........
1) clear and free elections are the most important..
2) Then establish the seperations of powers.
a) congress and the senate are as important as the president..... (legislative branch and the executive branch, and are completely different elections)
b)Then the judicial branch, selected by the executive branch, and approved by the legislative branch..... very important if you use the judicial branch for social justice, like the ACLU does.
My opinion, alot of people believe electing their president is the ruler of all government power below it.
It's just Not true...
some believe electing a president or govenor is the way to control the budget.
Just Not true.
Education on these issues is important, But, even with the republicans in control of the congress the senate, the president and the supreme court, they still don't understand how the education system works, or social justice, for that point.
Anywyas, Good to see you back Jeff, and I hope your freezing you arse off, up their in Canada.

3. Re: John Bolton clips. Apparently the latest strategem of the neoconservative serpents is to present themselves as sane and reasonable. Be not deceived by the fiends!

4. Jeff you had two good people on who do not lie or bullshit, You pretty much get the truth as it is known to them. This was a good news show, no reason for anyone to call you a Liberal Fascist.
PS If you read the posts, you had brought up the Bush arms sale to Saudies and made a big deal out of it, Republicans and Democrats have been doing the same for many a year. More examples of sale by prior President Clinton: 1993 USA sold to 140 nations 31 Billion dollars worth of weaponery-1st time any nation topped 30 billion in 1 yr., 5-12-98 sale of 80 F-16's to the United Emirates worth 6 billion, 3/99 Defense Secretary Cohen pledged sale of 3.2 billion of arms to Egypt consisting of state of the art fighters, tanks and Patriot Missils
Between 1993 and 1997 US Arms sales or give aways =190 billion dollars to most of the countries in the world
Between 1993 and 1996, US share of total world wide arms sales ran from 45% to 56% in those years
Arms industry gave the Democrat Party 2 million dollars in contributions in 1998.
All of this and prior post took place during the Clinton years, so Jeff as I said before, What New, Republicans and Liberal Fascists have been doing this for years

5. Oh my, this was the guy the Democrats hated sooooo much as UN ambassador and fought so hard against. Not quite the dolt he was made out to be, huh? A good, tough, intelligent guy who wasn't going to put up with any s**t from the jerks at the UN - an organization laced with corruption and the inability to get anything done for the good of the world - see Darfur. President Bush called it a genocide two years ago and what has the UN done about it? Without President Bush the AIDS epidemic in Africa would be completely out of control. He has told us about the looming social security crisis and the need to overhaul our income tax system - blocked continuously by the Democrats, who said "there is no crisis looming in Social Security". Yeah, right, Nancy.
