2. The divorce rate in this nation is roughly 50%. Why on earth would anyone care if homosexuals or lesbians get married? Live and let live.

3. The fact that Rudy Guiliani has married three times--once to his first cousin, for heaven's sake--is a greater threat to the institution of marriage than a handful of gay people who want to get marry.
But I've always wondered if gay people think the grass is greener on the hetero side of the fence. If it's true that 50% of marriages end in divorce, it has to be at least another 49% of marriages that are unhappy. Why in the world would anyone, straight or gay, want to get involved with something like that? I'm single and unhappy, but I'll take that over married and unhappy, any day.

4. Jeff go north of the border where you belong. Then you have some good stories to work on from you country, not in country you are visiting.
Free Speech-seems to be an issue right now before the Alberta Human Rights Commission where report/writer Ezra Leuant for showing the notorious "10 Mohammed Cartoons" which caused a big uproar in 9/05. Unset Muslim Communities all over the world.
Ezra is being questioned as the the legality of showing those cartoons, a question of Free Speech as Ezra puts it.
So go home, stay out of USA for which you are a non american. In many countries where you were a visitor you would be deported for pushing for the ousting/impeachment of a Vice President of that Nation
So head back north where you belong and help some fellow canadians.

5. #3,
Wade
I love being married. It's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life.

6. And what's wrong with being a bigot??
Sounds to me like the people preaching tolerance are not tolerant of bigots.
Interesting.

8. Regarding Romney and tolerance.
Did anyone happen to catch Lawrence O'Donnell's
response to a question regarding Romney and tolerance on the McLaughlin Group last month?
Fortunately the show is taped , shown Friday and again on Sunday. The editors must have had a fit trying to edit the looks from the other panel member's faces. If you've never known what a "Caniption Fit" looks like and want to see one, just try and find the video of that particular show!
