2. Yes Bush lied big time. The one thing I am waiting for, is why they didn't inclued the British intelligent report from 2003. After we invade Afghanistan the British intel reported that al Qaeda disbanded and was no longer a threat to the world. I believe that this report had a lot to do with Bush lying and invading Iraq.
Bush is a very deceitful person. And to Murder all those Iraqi people and our soldiers for what?

3. Well, I think the question we should be asking is, were there just as many lies as vacation days?? Or was it the other way around?? I think we know that with Katrina it was both, a lie here a lie there (....heck of a job Brownie....)plus the vacations.

4. The story is only about the lies between Sept 2001 and March 2003.
Jeff Hoard at 6:47PM on Jan 24th 2008
5. This whole Bush lied thing is just another case of liberals emoting rather than thinking. The fact is that every president must act on the intelligence he has at the time. More often than not that intelligence is less than perfect. Does that mean that every time a president acts under intelligence that turns out later to be wrong he is lying? Does that mean Clinton lied when he said in 1998 that Iraq had WMD or that aspirin factory was a bomb making facility? The answer is of course not.

So are they going to market this administrations lies like the music industry packages it's products?
K-TEL presents "BUSH - The Early Years" volume 1 of a 5 volume set. Or maybe "The Essential BUSH" greatest fibs album ?
Hey, how about a pre 9/11 bootleg titled "How We Got Here". It's a little rough, and the lies aren't as polished or choreographed as when "THE BAND" found their "sound" (unmitigated gall).
I can just hear Casey Kasem doing the top 40 countdowm ........

7. An impartial study? done by a Liberal organization "A Center for Public Integrity" and funded by an impartial George Soros. Soros who himself has a checked past which includes a $2,000,000 fine for insider trading dealing with a French Bank turnover in 2002 and is said to be the man rsponsible for the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis and was dubbed the "man who broke the bank of England" in 1992. So much for an honest impartial study.

8. OKANE, I know you have tremendous difficulty with the concept of truth, but they are either lies or they aren't.
All you do is shoot the messenger.
It was the same way after Watergate. Even after Tricky Dick Nixon resigned in disgrace there were pinheads who pretended that Nixon was a saint and just a victim of, "yellow journalism."
Enjoy being in the minority, OKANE.

ANOTHER rightwing lie. CPI is a non-partisan organization for investigative journalism, and has nothing to do with Soros.

11. bush et al have lied over 1000 times a day for goodness sake.
FISA and retroactive Immunity, he got caught with his pants done on the illegal wiretaps on ALL of US, the far right, included. How? The friggin' government didn't pay their phone bill! Condi, "So sorry, check is in the mail."
When asked how many emails a day the White House recieves, because they just did not have any idea at all where those missing 500,000 went to, they said at times many on slow days 5. Okay, I send those corrupt Traitors 20 a day because it annoys them, and that IS a slow day for me. They lied. Proven by Rhoda. Case closed. Now Impeach the pigs.

12. 4.
Greg, would you agree that cherry picking intelligence (i.e dismissing anything that is contrary to your position no matter what the source) and visiting intelligence agencies to "encourage" them to come up with your wanted explanation is different then just getting bad intelligence?
Ken at 7:04PM on Jan 26th 2008
13. Yeah, that GW Bush is such a liar. Why can't he be honest like those paragons of virtue, Bill and Hillary? We all know he conspired to blow up the towers on 911. They have photos of him and Rove and Cheney carting those boxes of dynamite up the steps of the WTC. (Those rascally Republicans.)
And Rove had the perfect plan didn't he? Go into Iraq, lose 4000 US military, reduce Bush's popularity to 25%-30 and tear the country apart. What a genius. I hear they're planning another staged al Queda attack. This one's going to involve nukes. Condy thought this might be a little extreme, since hundreds of thousands will likely die. But Bush and Cheney think it's just the thing the Republicans need to boost their popularity before the next election and prove that GW was right about the al Queda threat. Brilliant!!
(How's Keith Olbermann doing with those rating anyways? I hear he's still getting crushed by O'Reilly.)
Dave at 1:21PM on Jan 27th 2008
14. Yo Dave, why not give us a list of things that Bush and Cheney have been succesful at? What have they accomplished? Is it the economy that they can point to with pride?
Is it victory in the Middle East that they can brag about?
Are we better off under Bush's "leadership" than we were under Clinton's?
C'mon, proud winger! Show us! Enlighten us!
