NYPD Blue Spanked: Dennis Franz Reacts
Five years after the fact, the FCC has imposed fines totaling $1.4 million to television stations which broadcast an episode of NYPD Blue that showed actress Charlotte Ross' naked buttocks. I watched NYPD Blue last night. It was one of my favorite episodes, the "Pop Goes the Weasel" one.
Anyway, it inspired this unremarkable remake of the 17thC rhyme:
