I don't know about you guys, but this music video is pretty cool...For a political music video.
The artist explains why he made it on the Huffington Post. I watched the "Super Tuesday" dealy. I was flipping between NBC and CNN...Friggen repetitive, how many times do I need to be told woman voted for Hillary and Men voted for Obama, say it once, demote the information to the constant scrolling ticker. If sober I possibly could have memorized each graph. Either way, it could have been made more entertaining, I notice some of the Cable News reporters always seem nervous when they report. Relax ladies you look great.
Now, for a more thought provoking video. Here is one from The Real News. This clip features an interesting analysis from Phyllis Bennis. Bennis explains what can be thought up from the few words each candidate shared about the topic of Iran.

16. 13. Does anyone know where he went to school and in which country he received his religious schooling???? Well let me tell you, and this is a fact he circumvents at all meetings and in all of his speeches. Indonesia my friends. Next to Iraq and Iran THE country with THE most Muslims and terrorists!!!! WHY????? does he not let this critical part of his life come to light???
Personally I cannot and will not trust anyone with those kind of connections into the white house.

and by the way bj, how doesn't he let that part of his life come to light?
his website even says that he grew up in hawaii and spent a few years in indonesia.
i'd hardly call that circumventing.

18. America needs to know the truth behind "We Can." This "Winning Slogan" was submitted to the DNC on June 1, 2004 before Obama gave his Keynote Address. We Can became "Si Su Pueda" and now it's just "We Can." If Democrats used this slogan in the 2004 election cycle, then Kerry-Edwards would have been elected. The Democratic Youth Movement was started in 2004 and that election was squandered. Who fires their campaign advisor so late in the process and wins? Why did Democrats trust the Clinton loyalists to help Kerry? Who brought back that Bush AWOL story and used forged documents? Yes, we can and we should ask tough questions. Who is the father of this movement? Will-I-Am? Yes, I-Am! Give credit where credit is due. Why would I lie about being a loser?

20. @18
Robert, not sure why I have to babysit you on a daily basis. I remind you again, it's just polite to not change the topic in threads. I have three posts about this where you could have posted this comment, you know I would have read it there, why bring it up under a Barack Obama post?
I know you have some sort of vendetta against me, I've emailed you about your activity on this website and you have never responded. Are you afraid to talk with me outside of these forums.
In regards this this Homeless Vets issue... I don't think we need to argue the Vets visit point -by- point. You obviously watched the O'Reilly factor where Bill stuck a camera in all the Vets faces and asked "DID YOU SEE WHAT I SAID" none of them had... because they are homeless, and don't watch the O'Reilly factor nightly. They heard (from the homeless shelter director) that O'Reilly made light of the homeless problem, they got angry...because they have been personally effected by the issue and agreed to help deliver the petition. Not everybody watches Bill O'Reilly.
"Jeff didn't you say they were denied entry into Fox News?" - Why would you ask me that? Why not just go back and read the post. I never said they were denied I said O'Reilly refused to receive the petition. Re-read the post and if you have further questions about it, reply there please.

21. Wow, Jeff, you sound a bit testy. If you really want to sample lunacy, you need to jump over to Dinesh's blog. Those people are insanely angered by just about anything the man types, no matter how much sense it makes.
Dave at 5:19PM on Feb 6th 2008
22. So everybody is okay with Obama wanting to give driver's liseces to illegals? Please tell me how that would be good for America.

23. The thread has been altered already so...
Dave, you give a great example of the hypocrisy, but you've got it just a little bit wrong.
Jeff Hoard is attacked by the likes of Robert Okane (and others) for not being, "fair and balanced." As if Jeff Hoard is under some obligation to make the wingnuts feel warm and fuzzy. As if the people OKANE defends (like Bill O'Rielly) are "fair and balanced."
OKANE gives examples on these AOL newsblogs of his need to silence those who disagree with his wacky political beliefs. For example, he wants to silence anyone who disagrees with the faulty conclusions of the 9-11 Commission. He has expressed support for the "Project For A New American Centurey" which calls for the government to seize the Internet to prevent criticism. OKANE supports the recent House Resolution 1955, which makes dissent a "thought crime."
Look at the Atheists and Liberals who inhabit D'Souza's blogs. Do you see them whining that D'Souza MUST post blogs which make *them* feel warm and fuzzy? YOU DO NOT!!!
The idea behind a blog is to present material which will be of interest to readers. You winguts are just a pack of disordered hypocrites. It's that extra hypocrisy chromosome. Well, that and brainwashing.
I have it on good authority that Robert Okane was the kid who always raised his hand to remind the teacher that she hadn't given a homework assignment.

24. Hayley @ 22.
I'm okay with Obama wanting to give illegal aliens drivers' licenses. Don't you have anything better to worry about... like maybe a candidate who says we should be prepared for a 100 year war if he is elected?
Captain Negative at 5:50PM on Feb 6th 2008
25. dave,
the reason people get so angered on dinesh's blog is because dinesh usually DOESN'T make sense.
and he is a complete hypocrite.

please tell me you're not going to argue against a candidate on that issue alone.
you are aware of his opinion on immigration policy, yes?
