I don't know about you guys, but this music video is pretty cool...For a political music video.
The artist explains why he made it on the Huffington Post. I watched the "Super Tuesday" dealy. I was flipping between NBC and CNN...Friggen repetitive, how many times do I need to be told woman voted for Hillary and Men voted for Obama, say it once, demote the information to the constant scrolling ticker. If sober I possibly could have memorized each graph. Either way, it could have been made more entertaining, I notice some of the Cable News reporters always seem nervous when they report. Relax ladies you look great.
Now, for a more thought provoking video. Here is one from The Real News. This clip features an interesting analysis from Phyllis Bennis. Bennis explains what can be thought up from the few words each candidate shared about the topic of Iran.

31. i dont get you okane.
i usually let capt slap you around a bit when your douchebaggery gets heavy handed.
but your politics are all over the place.
one day you seem to post something sensical,
the next..
sychophant city ramblings.
are you actually emailing threatening letters to jeff?
and then not ignoring responses from jeff?
are you serious?
is there a mental instability we should all be aware of?
have you not been taking your meds as directed?
that might explain your erratic political philosophy,
but it does not excuse bad manners.
i have known jeff for years.
he is an intelligent, thoughtful and respectful individual.
irrespective of you disagreeing with his politics,
the least you could do is show some respect to the man by answering his emails.
what are you afraid of okane?
that you might find jeff a respectable person?
that you may..(horror)..even like him?
or are you afraid of the "liberal" cooties contagion?
whats your malfunction okane?
really okane..bad form my man.
very disrespectful,and rude.
and JOE.
when there is a lack of imagination and intelligence, there is always youtube../winks.
whats your next big ad hominem attack?
"im rubber and your glue"?
here's a quarter scooter...
go buy a clue.
till next time..peace.

32. Enoch -
It's much simpler.
I'm using classical conditioning (Pavlov's Law)to get you to fill a full page with a non-coherant rant.
I'm just ringing the bell and watching you salivate.
Calm down bro ... you are taking this blog way to seriously. Step away from the keyboard.

Are you attracted to the hairy clueless guy. An Austin Powers fan huh?
Joe at 9:14PM on Feb 6th 2008
34. It was your link, Joe. Something must have attracted you to it. If you want to be totally juvenile that's entirely up to you.

35. Senator Obama has a decent vote call, that being said this is a tool I use to evaluate for whom I will cast my vote, just one that I use. Ever since they 'Disappeared' Congressman Dennis Kucinich, I have been watching and waiting.
Other than his gift as one of the finest Orators I have heard in a longgggg time, I watch the people in the crowds as he speaks. As is the case with my own family, young and old, brown and white, those that speak languages other than English, those that are of other religious beliefs or none at all or one of their very own. I see the young faces in these crowds rapt with the thought of a change, anew, revitalized and incredibly excited for something different.
I would not vote for Senator Clinton due to her hawkish stance on war, this illegal invasion based on deception and trickery must end NOW. When one , such as okane obfuscates the war by denial they themselves become complicit. They must realize they only comprise, at this point in time 27% of WE the PEOPLE. Funny, always funny when a person that and fights 16 - 18 hours a day to stop this destruction of a 10 X 1000 year old culture, murder of our young men and women, murders of 1.2MN Iraqis, 4.2MN displaced, internally and externally Iraqis, think that wanting to bring our young men and women in the military home ALIVE is in some disturbed way un-Patriotic, I am a true Patriot, I believe in the Constitution and The BILL of RIGHTS, I shall get mine back.
As a Progressive I have thought long about this and I will vote for Senator Obama, he indeed out of what the unethical members of the dailys and TV News have allowed us to have, will bring about the much needed cohesiveness necessary.
Although Sen. Obama doesn't meet all that I would like he does represent the 'True Face' of this America, now. I would never waste my vote, even if it takes a #2 leaded pencil, I refuse to waste my vote. Had others done the same in 2000 the debacle that became an Oligarchy on its way to a Fascist State better up!
The absurdity of these posters that repetatively say, 'Hussein', speak of the school he attended for 3 1/2 years apparently have no idea what the Amendment.I. of The "BILL OF RIGHTS" means. I can assure you I will make sure Article.II.Section.4. will happen.
Respect the authors of these columns, they are informing you, love them or hate them respect what they do and post with intellect, knowledge and demeaning, denigrating comments towards them and other posters
allows us to see what bottom feeders you are, insult by keyboard, very manly, very brave. INDEED!!!

36. BJ, I received 2 emails from my friends with the top of the page titled "verified by snopes.com." I knew that the information about Barack being a Muslim, etc. was bull. I did what any person with common sense would do. I went to snopes.com and wouldn't you know it, in bold letters they said false to the eronerous information blackballing Obama. Seek the truth and it shall set you free. Getting you head out of you know where may be not successful but I would be willing to aid in the operation. If you can't win with the truth, than people resort to lies. Obama in '08!!!

37. Yeah, great idea...lets all follow the UN like sheep..."oh. look. Iran stopped making nuclear weapons, let's forget this whole misunderstanding and just be friends".
I will say it again, read your history books. Diplomacy works to an extent, but then you have to step in. HItler was quite diplomatic and very good at keeping the freaking holocaust a secret. But we should forgive Iran's making of nukes...quite sensible. Slap on the wrist. Bad, stop that.
Also, Hitler banned guns before the holocaust. Sure did make it easier to take over people who couldn't fight back. Check out the Democrat's views on OUR right to possess weapons...check out the UN's opinion of it...
THe democrats promise a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow...for everyone, equally. Too bad rainbows aren't tangible and the pot of gold is "fools".

38. THe young faces in the crowds are rapt with Obama's oratory skills. He is a fine speaker, filled with passion...extremely likeable, even for me (Not a Democrat). Change, CHANGE, ChaNGE...you can write it different ways, you can speak it over and over again, but what real changes is he pushing for? I hear the word, but don;t see the plan to follow. You say he will end the war? WHat is his plan for pulling out of Iraq and dealing with Iran?
That said, I completely agree that he is the better candidate over Clinton...her crying fits make a mockery of women that her lack of values only reinforces. Hillary is all talk; and, while Obama may be the same in that arena, I can at least believe he is actually human.

No, I am not sending threatening or any e mails to Jeff other than what is posted here in the open. Try reading what Jeff said a little closer.

40. Yes We Can!
become a third-world country!
Obama will see to that.
Davidg at 11:28AM on Feb 7th 2008
41. Obama Sh'bama! He is young, good looking and speaks so well you'd eat poop if he said it was the way to 'change'! ;-) Too many have been brainwashed that 'something' is wrong with Hillary Clinton. What are they afraid of? 8 more years that could be as good as, if not better, than the economic stability when Bill was in office? Oh my Gawd - the horrors!!! Maybe the fact that she's a strong, capable woman...grr...let's tear her apart - wow, how cool is that - NOT!
Nancy at 12:28PM on Feb 7th 2008
42. All you Obama freaks are idiots. He keeps ranting and raving about CHANGE, well DUH, everyone knows we need change, but he never says exactly WHAT hes going to change!! He's a politician you FOOLS, he'll say what ever it takes to get idiots like yourselves to vote for him. Or should I say all you well educated idiots; since he seems to think that the poor and uneducated people are all for Clinton and he only wants the rich and well educated to vote for him (havent we heard this before with HITLER)??
felabrador at 1:18PM on Feb 7th 2008
43. dammit..
i always spell that word wrong.
thanks okane.
and thanks for clearin that up.

44. Nancy @ #41,
Nancy, I'm really tired of hearing that my preference for another candidate means that I'm "afraid of a tough, strong woman."
If Hillary takes the Presidency, what will women complain about? Will it make it harder for you to argue that you are victims of an oppressive male culture?
Do you think you advance Hllary's cause when you imply that a "tough, strong man" will be a de facto, co-president?
It's a mixed message, Nancy.
