News coming out of CPAC is that John McCain was secretly championing John Bolton, one of the top neocon warmongers in the country, as our ambassador to the UN. That speaks very poorly of Senator McCain. And it's terrible omen for what he would do in office.
Some rumors even have Bolton as the Secretary of State in a McCain administration. Well, if you didn't have enough reason to vote against McCain before, you certainly do now. We explain below:

1. The only thing Sen. McLame will pick after the Nov. election is his nose.

2. Try again, Cenk...
Speculating on political appointments is STILL not real news.

3. Why should we be surprised at this? Why else would Bolton be at CPAC? No doubt he is trolling for a job in a McCain administration; still bitter about not getting confirmed by the Senate. Members of BOTH parties had problems with this guy. Bolton had nothing but disdain for the U.N., so Bush made him ambassador? Another what the f--k moment in the Bush administration - but then there have been so many. Tough to keep up.

4. If McCain wins there's no reason to expect anything other than four more years of bush.

5. McCain is an Annapolis graduate as were his father and grandfather. Both were four-star admirals, the former in charge of all Pacific aircraft carriers during WW2. McCain is mature, a certified war hero, man of integrety, honesty, patriotism, principle and traditional common sense. Who on earth else would be want for presendent at this most critical juncture of our history???

someone who wouldn't be a rerun of bush.
All those qualifications came from when he was a young man. He's been an old boy, a reagan lackey and washington insider for decades now, and mussolini republicanism is what the country needs to change.

8. Nice bullsh@t, Cenk...can't try to make McCain look bad without lying about him??? It's funny how the only media type reporting this is none other than a washout from the defunct and miserably failed AIR AMERICA

11. IF YOU WANT THE UN AND OTHERS TO WALK ALL OVER THE USA, "DO NOT PICK BOLTON AS SECY OF STATE." PICK SOMEONE LIKE TED WOMANIZER KENNEDY; OR SLICK WOMANIZER CLINTON; OR JOHN WOMANIZER KENNEDY. FUNNY, LIKE ALL DEMOCRATS ARE WOMANIZERS.
Strong at 3:47AM on Feb 10th 2008
12. Here's a challenge for you, Mr. Cenk: Debate John Bolton sometime on US foreign policy. I guarantee you get squashed like a bug. That's because Mr. Bolton is extraordinarily knowledgeable and bright, is tough and is also highly competent. Knee jerk liberals don't like him because he's a meanie who fired a government hack that wasn't doing his job. We can't have that now, can we?

So what does that have to do with being a good leader? It might if any of those men had made fidelity a plank in their platform.
What is your take on womanizers and anizers (sorry, just made that up) who proclaim fidelity and heterosexuality as the (conservative) American way?
