Hillary's Experience In Screwing Up
Hillary Clinton presents herself as the candidate of "experience." So far this isn't helping her. Why? Because most people realize that her experience is mainly in screwing up.
We all know about Hillary's arrogant attempt to take over one-sixth of the U.S. economy through her nationalized health care scheme. Americans rebelled against this, and Bill Clinton wisely dropped the idea.
Hillary doesn't talk much about that, but she does talk about her foreign policy experience. This is puzzling, because the New York Times reported a few months ago that Hillary didn't have a security clearance and virtually never attended any foreign policy meetings.
But let's say she did. What experience can she claim? Well, the radical Muslims launched a series of devastating attacks against U.S. targets in the 1990s. They bombed the Khobar Towers facility in Saudi Arabia, they attacked two U.S. embassies in East Africa, they launched a suicide attack against the U.S.S. Cole. And what did the Clinton administration do in response? Basically nothing.
Between 1996, when he declared war on America and moved from the Sudan to Afghanistan, Bin Laden was a public figure. He lived in a house provided by Mullah Omar and preached in the local mosque. He granted interviews to the British journalist Robert Fisk, to Peter Arnett of CNN, to John Miller of ABC news, to the Pakistani journalist Abdel Bari Atwan. The Clintons have been saying that they did everything in their power to get Bin Laden, but how could all these journalists so easily locate Bin Laden while the Clinton administration couldn't?
Experience counts when it points to a record of accomplishment. Hillary's experience, to the degree that she was involved at all, has been one of neglecting the threat of radical Islam and consequently emboldening Bin Laden to strike us on 9/11.
If you want to read more about the political and cultural roots of 9/11, my book The Enemy at Home is out in paperback this week.

16. Yet another shameful Dinesh book plug!
Not to be confused with his posts here, which are more like butt plugs...

Reply to: 7. Yes, Mr. Hays. Your logic entirely makes sense. Huckabee is a Christian, therefore, he is a fool.
_________
Christians share ONE common characteristic.
They've been fooled. They're too gullible to understand the difference between a work of FICTION that talks about
DEMONIC SPIRITS
EXORCISMS
GHOSTS OF MOSES AND ELIJAH
RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD
A FIERY PIT CREATED TO TORMENT ANGELS...
DAY OF JUDGMENT
END OF THE WORLD
SIN
A SAVIOR WHO TAKES AWAY SIN
and the Truth.
Mike Huckabee was a Baptist Minister. He raised his hand to say he did not "believe" in evolution during a Republican Presidential debate.
I mean, seriously, on a televised debate, to admit that you don't believe in Evolution?????
Yes, the man is a Fool.

18. Radical Muslims attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on George W. Bush's watch, and what did Bush do? He launched a war against a nation (Iraq) that had nothing whatsoever to do with the attacks against the WTC and the Pentagon. Talk about a screw-up!

19. Mr. Hays-
Christianity is the truth. If you believe that all Christians are fools, however, why dont you go back to the tape where all candidates were asked of their faith? Hillary lied about her faith....as did Barack....Now I am in no place to put words in their mouths, but the sanctity of marriage and abortion are two issues that are a good barometer of the commitment to Christ a candidate might have. Seeing as every relevant candidate has claimed a stake in the church, and Mike Huckabee's views are the most consistent, would you not agree that he is the most honest candidate? Whoever else you decide to support, sir, is a fake subscriber into a foolish practice, in your mind. Thusly, I suggest you do not vote, because in your own logic, you are brighter than anyone running. Please my friend, do a little research on cosmetology, and base your decisions on fact and not on the sheer ignorance of picking convenience over faith. Your attitude is very frustrating, and if it would appease you, I would love to have a debate with you about the origins of creation. Emma, you are welcome to join in as well... I will prove to you Christians are not fools.

23. Tom, there is no challenge with you.
Anyone who refers to "cosmetology" when smugly trying to tell someone else to educate themselves on COSMOLOGY (unless you want to talk about your beauty school experience, that is) or who trows around absurdities like "Christianity is the truth" would never be able to understand the process of independent thought. Tom, it sounds to me as though you know very little, but pretend to know a lot, just like you pretend to know what is universally true, though that is entirely impossible.

I was over there too. You have yet to address cladistics and until you do you have no argument against evolution at all. I don't know if you're all the same silly little boy but you certainly missed a good chance.
So you won't forget: when religion becomes confrontational with science, religion always loses and science always wins. That's a 100% sure bet.
the more mankind knows, the less mankind needs a god of the gaps. the only ethical and moral way your cause can go is backwards and rightly so. As we advance we should put mythology and superstition in its place.
You have no position possible against cladistics and until you manufacture one you have no position against evolution. If you want to win one, try going back to flat earth. You have a much better chance of success.

25. Good Catch Emma, I apologize for the typing error. And it may seem as though I know very little. But your arrogance in attempting to belittle me speaks volumnes of your confidence, and personality. You seem very confident...perhaps a cilivized conversation would be in order. And may I refute your point- You believe I think I know the universal truth- But your completely ignorant rejection of the Christian faith suggests that you AS WELL do not know the entire universal truth. I await your reply.

26. Hillary 2008 is the way to go if speeches were all this country needed to be a strong country than we wouldnt have poverty, homeless people uninsured vietnam vets and children and several familes going hungry and living on the streets because they cant afford to pay rent or put a roof over someones head!!! You can stand in front of a crowd and make all the speeches and promises to make things sound pretty but reallty speaks louder than words and the world i live in does not run by the promise but the action of things getting done so if obama thinks that by promising the people of the united states that hope for change is what we need well sorry to bust bubbles out there what we need is a leader a person who will show action when needed a person that will do what they say and that person i am pround to say is Hillary if not for her several of the people who blog tonight would not have health care and several other things that low and middle class familes have when clinton was in office she has a track record as 1st lady that actually did something she didnt sit back and smile she got done and dirty and helped people i didnt see anyone complaining when things were positive in the clinton years So those of you supporting obama if promises are what move you to belive then you are to blame for the state we are in because as i recall those were similar words made by the current president know and i still dont see those promises as reality and till now we are still waiting is that were you wanna be when we have a president who cant come thru with all those promises and hope for change we dont need hope we need action and we need progress not just hope for change !!!! So when you cast your vote think hard cause can anyone can inspire with words but that is what they are words !!! Not action Hillary 2008 has my vote and Support!!!!

27. Clif Kuplen rocks! If D'dipshit had any shame he would give up his pathetic blogging attempts to deceive the electorate and promote Fascism, after reading Clif's brilliant words.
But Repugs never have any shame -- they're even willing to give up precious American freedoms and liberties so they can feel a little safer, the fucking cowards.

28. Emma- It is laughable that someone who judges a person on spelling would not take the time to check their own spelling, as I do not "Trow" anything. Your actions reflect your unbelievably ignorant and selfish kind, my dear, and you are nothing but the hypocrite that you seek to hate so much.

29. Clif Kulpen...great job reminding us how completely and absolutely full of Sh*t the republicans have been over the last forty years!
I say we separate into the states with the brains that pay the majority of the taxes and receive the least in return (blue states) and let the brain dead red states (AKA jesusland)fend for themselves.
I'm sure their imaginary best friend (AKA god) will help them out.
