Hillary's Experience In Screwing Up
Hillary Clinton presents herself as the candidate of "experience." So far this isn't helping her. Why? Because most people realize that her experience is mainly in screwing up.
We all know about Hillary's arrogant attempt to take over one-sixth of the U.S. economy through her nationalized health care scheme. Americans rebelled against this, and Bill Clinton wisely dropped the idea.
Hillary doesn't talk much about that, but she does talk about her foreign policy experience. This is puzzling, because the New York Times reported a few months ago that Hillary didn't have a security clearance and virtually never attended any foreign policy meetings.
But let's say she did. What experience can she claim? Well, the radical Muslims launched a series of devastating attacks against U.S. targets in the 1990s. They bombed the Khobar Towers facility in Saudi Arabia, they attacked two U.S. embassies in East Africa, they launched a suicide attack against the U.S.S. Cole. And what did the Clinton administration do in response? Basically nothing.
Between 1996, when he declared war on America and moved from the Sudan to Afghanistan, Bin Laden was a public figure. He lived in a house provided by Mullah Omar and preached in the local mosque. He granted interviews to the British journalist Robert Fisk, to Peter Arnett of CNN, to John Miller of ABC news, to the Pakistani journalist Abdel Bari Atwan. The Clintons have been saying that they did everything in their power to get Bin Laden, but how could all these journalists so easily locate Bin Laden while the Clinton administration couldn't?
Experience counts when it points to a record of accomplishment. Hillary's experience, to the degree that she was involved at all, has been one of neglecting the threat of radical Islam and consequently emboldening Bin Laden to strike us on 9/11.
If you want to read more about the political and cultural roots of 9/11, my book The Enemy at Home is out in paperback this week.

reply to: and, honestly: you are IN NO POSITION to be asking any more questions. especially, since you don't answer yours. Ken
________
But Ken, YOUR posts are proving my point.
christianity dumbs people down.
You don't seem to GRASP the obvious. I posted those comments because I want people to see them.
I don't have to answer YOUR silly questions.
I can post without answering anyone's questions. That's one of the rules.
OK, here's the problem.
You read, but you don't allow your mind to GRASP what's going on.
Is the Creator of the universe a sadistic bully?
That's the assumption behind needing a SAVIOR.
Why would a human being need a Savior? What are human beings saved FROM?
Christianity is NONSENSE. right to the core.

Thnx.
This is a scene I've experience many times.
I say something like, "A Baptist minister who doesn't believe in evolution isn't qualified to be President of the United States."
And some dimwit Christian stands up and screams, "Get thee behind me, Satan."
Proves my point better than I ever could.

79. To all Democrats who are backing Hillary: Don't worry. I'm running a poll of my own. It's called results of AOLS' Top Bloggers Poll. It's based on AOLS' top bloggers who are backing Mr. Obamaha. I would have expected more blogsters backing Mr. Obamah to blog for him and backup the comments made by AOLS' top bloggers, helping Mr. Obamah, by negating the pro hillary blogs. The resuslts of my poll after reading 325 blogs, regarding the Democratic Party Primary, blogs show 228 pro Hillary blogs and 97 blogs backing up Mr. Obamah. To me it makes no sence it seems that pro Obamah Democrats are not reading these blogs, or they consider Mr. Obamah already a winner as the polls show. I wonder how many Obamah supporters are familier with the Truman, Dewey presidential election. Polls were showing Dewey winning the election before the conventions were held, the polls were wrong. Just to make things clear Truman was a Democrat and Dewey was a Republican. So my point is all you pro Obamah Democrats be wary of polls and blog for your candidate.

80. Mojo:
interesting how you posted your comment at EXACTLY the same time Mr. Hays did.
Mr. Hays is not answering the questions directly because he can't.
but, go ahead, ATHEIST, or Cybil:
keep indoctrinating the dumb and stupid:
because it's certainly not affecting the christians
BTW :according to you, there IS NO GOD--SO, He OBVIOUSLY is NOT the bully here.
BUT, NICE COP OUT.
Keep trying, buddy.....waste more time. I love to see an atheist squirm. (any one reading this blog can plainly see that you're avoiding. and that you can't even properly defend yourself. are you sure that you were/are a lawyer???)
nice talking with you. NOT!!

Are you under the impression that I'm squirming?
I have a new DVD of "Michael Clayton" and I keep switching my plasma screen between that and my computer.... so I may not consider answering your questions to be very important... but I keep checking back.
I think you asked me if I would post my comments again.
I said "Yes.'
How is that ducking the question?

Hillary was on every news program for months, because of her husband's relationship with Monica.
There are most posts about Hillary because we know more about her. Not because we think she would make a better President.

86. "Mojo: interesting how you posted your comment at EXACTLY the same time Mr. Hays did."
He must have posted his comment seconds before me which is why his came on line before mine. Maybe it was within the same minute but it probably wasn't "EXACTLY" the same time. But who cares? Why would you find that interesting?
"Keep trying, buddy.....waste more time. I love to see an atheist squirm. (any one reading this blog can plainly see that you're avoiding. and that you can't even properly defend yourself."
I am most certainly "one reading this blog" and I find that that Mr. Hays has defended his statements very well. I can "plainly see" that. I've seen nothing to suggest that he is avoiding any issue. and yes he most certainly has properly defended his remarks. You should now at least confess that you were wrong about your suppostion that "one reading...blah, blah... can plainly see, blah blah" was wrong.

87. (why does anyone think this man needs protecting from a "dumbed-down, dim-witted Christian")??
xx
no one thinks that. you're just lucky enough to be the butt of more than one joke at a time. If you love kicking him in the foot with your ass, why worry about what it looks like to bystanders?

88. Boggles the mind that there are so many people who are so hateful toward people who follow a Christian lifestyle. Especially here in America where one of our most basic credos is to allow equality and give respect for people of all faiths. Some people say that they don't believe in any sort of supreme being; they say they don't believe in anything. But actually, they DO believe in something. They BELIEVE in nothing -- which in other words means that they have faith and believe that there is nothing. And that is fine. Just admit that you do have a belief, as millions of others do. And respect every persons right to their beliefs without being so nasty and righteous about yourself.

89. Hi Jerry Brown. Hope you are well.
To Carol: just because you have been indoctrinated and brainwashed to "believe" in "god" does not mean that a human adult who knows there is no such thing as a god has a "belief".
The default is no belief. That's what you have when you're born. then, either you are indoctrinated and believe, or stop believing, or never were indoctrinated and never thought of it.
The biggest concern amongst thinking adults like myself is that fundies will keep pushing their religious beliefs into my government. that is called Dominionism. Ergo, we argue and debate on this blog.
You can follow any lifestyle you jolly well please. Just keep it out of my lifestyle.
