I love Charles Barkley. I was a Republican at the same time he was and we both left the party at the same time. We left the GOP when, as Barkley puts it, "they lost their minds."

Just listen to this nice little christian girl. It's a good thing she didn't have any influence during the "unspoken, fuming disagreement" of the cold war, because we would all be toast if she were.
I think she should join the armed forces, it sounds like she is chomping to get herself a kill or two.
Combat and war has been going on for thousands of years, with nasty results. If we can, we should explore other avenues.

You dont know my mother. There isnt peace between us. The thing with peace is that somebody has to change their mind and surrender, or its just an existence. But that is life, I know, unless people give up this "Everybody's different and we just have to accept it" mentality. IT is WHY people like my MOM go about life like they do and I feel angry. 79. One thing i notice is that pro-choice people always say that anti-abortion people are judgemental.Well,last time i checked,being judgemental was a quality applied to members of the Legal profession,not ordinary belivers.
Barkley also does not know that anti-abortion people do support the mother and the child,especially with crisis pregnancy centers,providing help for women who can't cope with looking after their babies and so on.
Mother Theresa once said that if we kill babies in the womb,what is left but for you to kill me and i to kill you.There is no question,abortion is murder.And by making that sentence,I do not condemm anyone to jail or ask that a woman who aborts be stoned to death.Heck if that was the case,I should be stoned first.
Let us stop the sterotype that to be anti-abortion is to care about babies instead of the woman.We too care about the woman.
If i was a dad,and my daughter had an abortion,I will not drive her out,or kill her or call her evil.I would say what she did was wrong,but i will still love her and pray she finds Christ's forgiveness.Because if Christ could love a sinner like me,He sure enough loves the abortionist,as well as the one who aborts.And he is Merciful.

I've heard that the reason we're in Iraq is because of oil, political stabilization, to thwart the efforts of Al Qaida, because of WMD, to avenge the senior Bush. I don't which, if any, is correct.
I do know that Hussein was slaughtering his own people and that the vets coming back from Iraq believe we are doing something honorable for the Iraqi people.
