Captain Negative is by far my favorite liberal socialist who tries and tries to defend Cenk and the Democrat party. According to CN, every evil in the world was done by Karl Rove, the Klingon of political dirty tricks since the Garden of Eden. Yet when a poster points out that the sainted Jimmy Carter actually planned to help Afghani's against the Soviets in 1979 prior to the invasion, CN blames the poster, not Carter, then goes on to blame Reagan for planning the release of the hostages prior to his even getting elected makes the man a true modern day Nostradamus!

Sorry CN, but those gas lines during Nixon's second term were due solely to OPEC cutting production and Nixon's support for Israel during that nasty "little war" that had the Arabs lose their asses. That brave act of defiance, staying home from the Olympics, is a typical example of Democrat policy...I won't play with you, you're not nice, instead of what happened in 1936 when Jesse Owens destroyed the Nazi myth of a "superior race!"

For once, despite the protection of a fawning media, the press and all the other DNC aparatchiks, the US is finally getting a real glimpse into the corrupt organization hiding behind what was a once proud party (if you forgive the Democrat party's southern members who thought segregation was normal) and have now started to show exactly what they are. Heartless, relentless, power-hungry, selfish politicians lording over a party that is filled with racists, thieves, perverts and whoremongers, identical to what they have said about Republicans.

They couldn't follow their rules regarding voting early in Florida and Michigan, now they are looking for a way to do it over? Does this smell of Election 2000? Money from highly suspect sources doesn't get a congressional investigation like the steroid scandal that really threatened our nation? Nope, the money goes to a charity of the candidate's choice instead of getting impounded and used to treat our soldiers and veterans. Allocations of delegates change like the wind and no one is bound by their word or the rules to actually vote for whom they were supposed to and the super delegates are open to the highest bidder! Thou can not blame Diebold for your problems this time.

The criticism of either Hillary or Obama brings cries of sexism or racism raining down, yet look at what they said and did to a loyal Democrat who screwed up and didn't toe the line...Joe Leiberman who went from a VP candidate to kicked out of the party and called names usually reserved for republicans.

Today's Democrat Party would fit right in at the Salem witch trials. Scooter Libby was supposedly to be investigated for leaking Valerie Plame to the press. Surprise, he was never charged with that crime but was punished for lying to Congress which is an oxymoron in itself as if Congress were held responsible for every lie it told us, we would have a new government every 30 days, but I digress. The real leaker was Richard Armitage, a Clinton administration holdover who received no penalty for the what was then the "crime du jour." That this was a blatant violation of not only Libby's rights but of the law itself is a tip off that opposing the socialist agenda does and will have more penalties for those it seeks to silence.

Now we are watching the governor of NYC go down in flames for his disregard of his marriage vows, his oath of office and his reputation as a moral, crime fighting AG for hiring a prostitute, transporting her across state lines to have sex (the Mann Act), a federal crime, yet there are the defenders of the faithful who claim that there was no wrong done here, it was a personal matter, just as William Jefferson Clinton was caught and the same excuse used. Yet Sen. Larry Craig was arrested for soliciting sex in a men's restroom? That no words were spoken between him and the undercover policeman, there were "signs" according to the toilet police that was what he was doing. So add mind reading to crime fighting tools. That charge would never have stood up in a court for solicitation between a man and a woman, because money and a sex act have to be mentioned before there's a crime,,(see Scooter Libby).

The Democrat Party has a member of the KKK in it's ranks yet has the gall to cry racism only when its ox is gored and the rest of the two-faced hypocritical, dishonest examples that demonstrate the liberal left of the Democrat Party has left its decency or lack thereof open for all to see during this election year. Your candidates raise money from special interests and individuals, but you condemn the corporations that employ these same people, but you have no problem investing in those "evil corporations" do you? I think you like the fact George Soros has all those corporations to subsidize your radio station. You get even more money from Hollywood where the "beautiful people" live. It seems they share your utopian dreams, but you better not knock off a DVD and movies that bash America get made, but not watched. Is Woody Allen one of your favorite actors Cenk? You know, Woody, the guy who ran off with his stepdaughter, got a divorce from Mom and married her? If a Republican did that, it would be page one for a month. Oh yes, I know Rudy married his cousin, but so did FDR, but a step daughter? This leads me to the premise that the reason Democrats so seldom get condemned for such things are that there are no real rules for your party as opposed to Republicans, which is why you feel so free to point the finger at transgressions that, in your party, would never be given a second thought.

So Cenk, you and Captain Negative get together and learn how to use a pitchfork properly in Denver this year, but be very careful who and why you use it because chances are you may do more good by eliminating the straw from the hay and leaving decent people unharmed. Actually, physical labor is probably abhorrent to you and the Captain unless it's running your mouth in which case Mr. Soros can buy you some carbon credits. See you in Denver.

Why does Hillary get a free pass to encourage women to vote for her because of her gender, yet people are angry when blacks vote for Obama because of his race, and he has NEVER ONCE said "Vote for me, because I'm black."

Seems like a double standard.

Instead of focusing on the votes he is GETTING because of his ethnicity, why don't you look at how many votes he is NOT GETTING because of it. I think it more than cancels out.

All the race and gender issues aside, Neither of them will win the White house without the other because most of their supporters are TOO F*CKIN STUBBORN AND OBSESSIVE to vote for the other when November comes. It is to bad that the Captain does not know how to present an arguement, just rants and raves, almost never quotes a source.

Gas lines started in 1973 while Nixon was in ofice due to an Oil Embargo by OPEC. OPEC did the oil embargo, in part, because the USA dropped Gold backing of the US Dollar.The change in US Policy on Gold Standard happened in 1971, again while Nixon in office. Of course this is a very simple way of putting it, but if anyone wants to do a historical story on gold standard and the USA, be my guest.
