But what's really fascinating is the feedback, in which the collective intelligence of the blogosphere is harnessed to determine that the video is a fake. Commenters use timestamps, research CRT monitors, debate the physics of falling equipment and the behavior of crowds in a crisis situation. Several people discover a 32-second break in the time stamp and a few small continuity errors. Imagine if these people expended this kind of brain power on the quest for clean energy!

Also, who cares if it's fake? Watching monitors get thrown around an office is still cathartic. TGIF!
