Young Turks producer extraordinaire Jayar Jackson has put together a musical tribute to the Democratic primary race. It starts all the way at the beginning and finishes with the climactic events of this week. Take a look:
It was wild ride. Just when you thought it was over, there would always be one more turn. But now that it has finally come to an end, it is a fond memory. Now, on to the general election!

31. Sponsoring bills doesn't make you presidential material. He was padding a resume. It is strength of character, experience in leadership, and dedication to specific goals with a plan of action that we needed- not a sweet talking do gooder that can woo the public. The DNC, with its manipulation of the voting rules to steal this nomination, has shown the American people that it is NOT a party for the people any more. They think they are above the people who they think are apparently too stupid to pick the right candidate, therefore we need superdelegates to do it for us. They also said that the people of Michigan and Florida don't have a full vote in the matter either because party politics and agenda are more important than my right to vote in the primary voting process. As with most weak organisms in nature, you are doomed to extinction. The time can't come soon enough!

32. You people make me laugh.... but you also make me sad. I'm sad to know that even after 7 years of the worst president in our country's history, you still support failed neo-con policies.
I wonder what it will take for some of you to wake up?
And to the Hillary supporters... Grow a sack! Your candidate lost! Stop whining! Support Obama or don't! Just STOP CRYING!

34. What would Bobby Okane do if Iran attacked Israel?
BOB JOHNSON at 2:02PM on Jun 8th 2008
35. Sam you are an idiot. The DNC did not manipulate the voting rules to steal the nomination for anyone. The super delegate process has been in place for almost forty years. No one objected to the process going into the primary season, especially Clinton who led in the super delegate count at the time.
The same is true concerning Michigan and Florida. No one objected to the DNC's decision at the time. The fact is that your candidate lost fair and square so stop lying and acting like a spoiled brat idiot; you only suggest that maybe you are too dumb to vote.

36. Shining Moment?
What are you smoking?! :))
Operation Chaos, which kept Hillary in as long as possible when it became obvious that the Mainstream Media was in love with Obama and pushed him through, exposed the Demcorats for who they are>
It was a dirty bloodbath!
ONLY MCCAIN in November.

Same as Hillary said, wipe then off the map if they attack any friendly country with nuclear weapons, including Israel.
So what would Obama do? you answered a question with a question.
Robert OKane at 2:23PM on Jun 8th 2008
38. "Same as Hillary said, wipe them off the map..."
Obama's position of keeping all options on the table is actually quite reasonable given the general nature of the question. It only proves that he is a more thoughful and responsible statesman as opposed to Hillary who was just making a typical political appeal for the jewish vote.
Of course Israel has enough nuclear weapons to destroy Iran several times over should Iran ever be so foolish to attack her. So the question of an American military response is nothing more but the typical saber rattling BS that we have come to expect from our politicians.

39. Good lord, everyone on here asking what Obama has done in the Senate. He has only been in there four years! Unlike John McCain, who has been in the Senate for 22 years. What are McCain's huge accomplishments? The only one that pops to mind is McCain/Feingold, which many on the right despise him for.
David S. at 3:20PM on Jun 8th 2008
40. . "You've GOT to be kidding !!! Name ONE thing, yeah, ONE (defensible) thing Obama has done that qualifies him to be President of the United States.
Can't name one? thought so."
He isn't George Bush or John McCain.
How does that sound?
>>>
Dangerous and foolish. Change for change sake is meaningless drivel. An empty suit is an empty suit even when it's not Bush or John McCain.

41. Thank you Randy.Well said.
Rob,I am not,nor is anyone else on this
thread, qualified to answer the question
as to what Obama would do,so no,I didn't
answer a ? with a ?
I asked you what you would do in responce,
and I have your predictable answer.

Clearly, you drooling liberal clowns have nominated an empty Black suit, and ignoring this fact is mental disease

44. The Democratic Party has adapted Obama's
policy of refusing money from lobbyists
and Pac's.
Not having 90%+ of our legislation written
by corporate/banking interests is the kind of
change even righties should be able to get
behind.Well maybe not the billionair righties.
BOB JOHNSON at 3:40PM on Jun 8th 2008
45. To all you Obama haters: I would have more respect for you if you were honest and stated your true feelings. What bugs you most is the fact Obama is black. Admit it - no black man will ever get your vote.
