First, there was the press fascination with Michelle and Barack Obama's fist bump before Tuesday night's victory speech (what is all the fuss about - people have been doing this in America for a long time -- it is neither a scary new concept or even anything that is particularly cool). But now, as usual, Fox News has taken it over the top.
If I described how they characterized this fist bump, you wouldn't believe it, so watch it for yourself (an MSNBC report on how bewildering this new concept is comes first and then the insane Fox description):
What's great about Fox now is that they've lost all subtlety, so we don't have to try to convince anyone that they are a conservative propaganda outfit anymore. It's as clear as anything can possibly be. The slogan "fair and balanced" has become a joke everyone gets. It has entered the lexicon as an ironic statement meant to convey the opposite of what is really happening.
Now that Fox News has become full-blown parody of itself, the next question is -- how can anyone hire people who work on Fox as legitimate "news" reporters anywhere else? Whatever it is that they do over there clearly isn't journalism, so why in the world would anyone hire these people as legitimate journalists again?

16. Okane I will agree with you on this: the Democrats are cowards. They should have impeached Bush and Cheney a long time ago. One of the reasons for the mess in Iraq is because a bunch of cowardly Democrats like Hillary Clinton voted for the war resolution. Instead of showing real courage and fortitude, she pandered to that idiot core of American opinion that believes the solution to every problem is to go bomb somebody.
Give the right wing repugs their due. They are dumb as hell, but at least they have backbone.

17. Robert OKane and randy : The Democrats in Congress are not cowards. Most of them are lawyers and all of them are realists. They do not want to be in a position of trying to square a circle during impeachment hearings. It is a great stump issue before their own "great unwashed" but it is a bummer when the rules of evidence and the danger of cross-examination are involvd.

We do know they are both anti white, anti USA, socialists and have some very bizarre, openly anti USA friends! Their statments & history have proven that! Fox simply asked.."What did this mean..the fist bump"? as a discussion promoter? Fox is certainly more unbiased then most all other stations! Look who's talking about "fair & balamced"!! There is not a shred of evidence to support your outlandish accusation. Since you claim their statements have lead you to that beleif, do me a favor -- give me ONE EXAMPLE of a racist statement that was uttered by Barack Obama.
The only way racists like your can feel good about declining to vote for the person who is clearly most qualified to right the good ship America (and, who happens to be black) is by turning the tables and calling that person a racist.
If that is your only reason for opposing Obama then you are without a reason.
BTW: E.D. CLEARLY said "terrorist bump." Of all the descriptions I've ever heard for that gesture, ONLY a FUXhead from FOX was ignorant enough to include "terrorist" fist bump among the possibilities.

Is it because they report positive things about America, bring troops on, and report both sides. I dont think any of you have ever even watched Fox, you have just been told by Soros and Daily Kos not to watch it. It is humorous and somewhat pitiful to watch you few select fringers piss and moan about Fox, when several "independant" polls have shown that Fox had reported the most fair on Hillary and McCain. Hillary and McCain have even said that Fox reported fairly on their campaign. Of course Obama cannot say it because his backers Soros and Daily Kos would disown him.

FACT: fox news eclipses EVERY other network in ratings. fox news has better ratings than any 2 other networks combined. two staunch democrats, terry mccauliffe (hillary's campaign manager) and ed rendell (governor of pennsylvania & aka mr. democrat of penn) both stated that fox news gave them the most fair and balanced coverage in the primary campaign.

Attorneys, like almost all government appopintees serve at the pleasure of the President. That is why the Republicans made no fuss when newly elected President William Jefferson Clinton fired all ninety-two U. S. Attorneys in 1992. On what planet were you living on prior to President George Walker Bush firing those seven U. S. Attorneys? Or were you residing in an alternate universe where politics is unknown?

In your alcohol-induced state, these votes were not race-based.
But if blacks, who traditionally vote 90 percent democratic, select one of their own, it is THEY who are racist? That’s the typical logic of a FOX news viewer – unfair and unbalanced.

Ask them if they are willing to pay you $100 for each quote from Hillary, Bill, Nancy babe, Kerry & Kennedy, in Sept/Oct, 2002 which attests to their "Belief" that Saddam had weapons of mass destructionn and that they must be contained through force.
