YouTube Divorcee Loses Case
Back when the above video started circulating, we all pretty much agreed that the YouTube divorcee seemed out of her mind. Well, the judge in her case agrees, and has found her guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment. He called the video: "a calculated and callous campaign to embarrass and humiliate her husband."
Now she has to make do with what she was due according to the prenup, which means she has to clear out of their fancy apartment. In this era of reality-TV malice, isn't it refreshing when emotional cruelty isn't rewarded?

3. She's not happy with the divorce ruling? A) $750,000.00 is hardly "being kicked out on the street", B) If she'd been a man and made a similar video, she would been arrested for contempt of court. Men are cited for contempt all the time for merely blogging about their pending divorces. Certainly, a youtube video has more impact than a written word in a blog. Obviously, when a woman does it, it is "Freedom of Speech" or, as her attorney puts it, "Acting passionately" whereas only men seem capable of drawing the court's ire to the point of arrest. She should count her 750,000 blessings and get on with her life!

4. Well, she will get $750,000 according to the pre-nup. Not exactly left penniless! Yes, she came off in the video like a looney tune, but he was no prince either. He was cheating on her - and, hey, he married this woman to begin with. Perhaps if men his age (76) would stop shopping for younger trophy wives, he would not get into such messes to begin with!
