The issue of illegal immigration continues to be a never-ending tangled web of complexity that has remained on the minds of politicians for decades. Several attempts at immigration regulation, and countless proposed policies have failed to yield favorable results. However, with more than 12 million undocumented immigrants currently living in the United States, leaders in Washington think they have come up with the best answer: Voluntary Deportation!
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) will encourage all illegal immigrants to leave the country voluntarily, and the incentive to do so is basically nothing. All self-deporting immigrants would be granted a few weeks to pack their belongings and leave the country without spending any time in detention facilities.
There will be a formal announcement of the program next week.
Ali Noorani, Executive Director of the National Immigration Forum, released the following statement in response to the ICE program:
"Just when you thought the Bush Administration would ride quietly into the sunset, along comes another harebrained scheme that can't have been carefully thought out. We are not going to deport our way out of our current deportation mess, nor is it likely that most, or even many of the estimated 12 million undocumented immigrants here will choose to leave on their own."
I have to admit I agree with Noorani. Does the Bush Administration truly believe undocumented immigrants without criminal records would turn themselves into immigration authorities to go back to a country they ran away from? More importantly, why would they do so with no real incentive? The closest thing the Bush Administration has achieved in terms of "voluntary deportation" is creating an economy so terrible that many are probably thinking about leaving regardless of the new ICE program.

61. Cappy,
You've cited several instances of "threats", which, based on what you've posted, could actually be just one threat.
You mentioned other things that were "reported" but never verified. You mention stuff that turned out to be false.
You mentioned other terrorist acts on 9/11. You haven't specified what those were.
You've suggested all these things are related.
You haven't offered any evidence of that.
Here's a question that I would think would occur to someone who claims to be a PI:
If 9/11 was an "inside job" why would those responsible for it tip their hand by using information only an insider would know?
And there's another question I asked awhile back that you were unwilling to answer. The question was similar to one that you asked of Okane today in that it involved speculation regarding an outcome.
I'll ask it again.
If an investigation into the events surrounding 9/11 finds that there was no inside job, no government involvement, will you accept that conclusion?
As for your questions, I'll answer them honestly. I don't know.
And neither do you.

62. "Why hasn't bin Laden been indicted, nearly 7 years after the fact?"
Because there is zero evidence on him in relation to any involvement regarding 9/11
"What is the evidence against bin Laden?"
Zero, which is why he hasn't been indicted.
"Why did governor bush risk having bin Laden pull off "another" terrorist act by turning down an offer to have him handed over to the U.S. (via a third country)?"
Because the Taliban asked for evidence linking Bin Laden to 9/11 and Bush couldn't provide any because there wasn't any.
"Who could have known the code words which translated into "credible threats" against Air Force One?"
Secret Service or higher up.
"Who could have tracked the flight of Air Force One in flight, in order to intecept and strike it (aside from the FAA and NORAD)?"
Good question.

63. Botts
You to are not concerned with the facts. Taliban never offered UBL TO THE USA.
Taliban wanted to try UBL as per CNN news report and compared to your zero news report saying UBM was offered to the USA
Botts, get with it you are smarter than you show.maybe

64. Captain Negative and his big lie.
Looney CN, needs his Muckracker Report of Rex Tombs statement to be true. Unfortunately, it is an unsubstantiated statement.
Then CN needs his big lie to be true that the Taliban offered surrender UBL to Bush/USA if USA did not bomb or invade Afgan. I showed CN's own source and news report from CNN that shows CN lies, the Taliban did not offer UBL to the USA, they said they would try UBL themselves or turn UBL over to a 3rd/neutral country if the USA gave them evidence.
Look it up, CN lied and keeps on with the lie and needs it to be true.
CN wants to imply/hint/but never say that UBL is not linked to 9/11 so then it must be a conspiracy, or some kind, but CN never says what.
CN says Bush to stupid to be part of any conspiracy on 9/11, it is Cheney that CN implies/hints, but never says was part of some implied/maybe/ but never says what, is part of some conspiracy.
CN needs to tie all his lies together to support one another in his looney 9/11 conspiracy theory. But CN never never ever ties all his lies together, he just hints/implies, but never states exactly what if any is this big dark looney conspiracy theory that he keeps talking about. CN is part of the group that Bill Clinton calls "lunatics" because of their conspiracy theories.
