Barack Obama represents a return to the sensibility in government that was represented by Dwight Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson and abandoned from Reagan on.

Those presidents were not Marxists, they were not even from the same party, but their governments worked for individual citizens.

They were all old enough to know what caused the crash of '29 and what the New Deal did to save our country from it, and consequently enable us to win WW II.

Reagan flushed all that down the toilet by deregulation and it has caused our country to skid to third world status in many ways. We now export more raw materials than manufactured goods, to name one. That's like a junkie selling blood for dope or you or whoever posted it selling your food stamps to go down to the liquor store and buy lunch.

We were the leading industrialized nation on earth with the healthiest, best educated and longest lived most prosperous middle class, but we have dropped to 17-42 depending on category since Reagan.

I don't adhere to the social philosophies espoused in Russel Kirk. I believe that the economy should exist to serve Public Policy and the National interest and security, not the other way around as republicans do.

If republicans had had successes it would be different, but they fail at anything but campaigning. If they could admit failures, it would be a mitigating factor, but instead, we get dimwitticisms like your post and the buck stops with clinton.

Russia invades Georgia and the little Marxist/Obama puppets ignore what Russia has done and brushes aside that war like act as sort of being ok because USA, UN and Nato are involved in battles in Iraq and Afgan.

The whole world looks at the Russia-Georgia conflict for what it is and not as our little American Marxists look at it, the fault of the USA. Russia is claiming it invaded to protect it's citizens, but continued the invasion into Georgia proper. Russia had agreed to a cease fire but news reports say the Russian troops are not leaving. Georgia claims there was a civil war going on and Russia had no right invading as they did. Georgia also is reported as to not honoring the cease fire and news reports say they are still attacking Russian troops and civilians.

But, back here in the USA, it takes a big fat clown to turn it this conflict into a conflict where the fault sit in the lap of the USA.

It is the same fat boy who concluded that one American swimmer did not deserve the gold medals he has won because he could participate in many swimming events and because he was gifted with the perfect swimmers body. Forget all the hard work needed to even get into the olympics, Phelps is an American so Fat Boy is against that, not his accomplishments. One only needs to look at Fat Boy and one can see he knows little about the work needed to stay in shape much less compete in the olympics.

It takes a Moveon stooge to find fault with the USA over an American swimmer in the olympics and fault with the USA over the Russian invasion of Georgia.
