5. It's no secret where John Stewart's political leanings are. The way he gushed over John Kerry in 2004 was proof enough for anyone who bothers to watch this nonsense. If he wants to attack the GOP, however, you would at least expect Stewart to make a charge with some sticking power.
It isn't Republicans who want to nationalize health care, which would have the effect of limiting individual choices.
It isn't Republicans who want to abolish the Second Amendment, which would take away the individual's right to defend his home against the criminals that the Left so dearly loves.
Ardent liberals like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton think that the "unwashed masses" -- average joes like you and me -- can't be trusted with freedom. Given a major decision, we might make the wrong choice. That's why the term "nanny state" applies to the Leftist vision for America.
The definition of "oligarchy" is "government by a few." That's what your guys and gals on the Left want.
Words mean things, folks.

being a laughing stock lasts forever, so we have cause to be grateful to them. Having an admin that reads like a Seinfeld sitcom gone wrong doesn't hurt.
You all don't do nuance, but in the humor spectrum right wingers generate all the vivid colors and funny smells. Comebacks always wind up being straight lines, and I expect that's frustrating.
I know you all vote the straight republican ticket, or you would if you could find enough straight republicans...
