This one can be called: When Republicans Attack.
We were having a perfectly civil debate until this man took exception to the idea that George Bush might have not responded to Hurricane Katrina well. He then got up and knocked down some of our equipment. Watch it here:

32. I just wish that he had knocked YOUR ass on the floor while he was at it!
Ray Nagin and SHOULD shoulder most of the blame for the travesty in Post Katrina New Orleans. He sat it out in his penthouse hotel suite in Baton Rouge while apparently holding the keys to 1000+ buses which could have evacuated the victims!

34. I hate to say it, but both CNN and especially MSNBC got many thousands of angry letters from us during the primaries. And it didn’t do a damn bit of good. They just seemed to get worse. How can anyone ever forget Keith Obamaman saying Hillary should be taken into a room by a man and only he come out? It doesn’t get much worse than advocating murder against a candidate during prime time.
While I applaud the good people of Wisconsin and all those who have been boycotting these sleazoids all these months, I think it’s going to take more to get some real journalism back. I recall Sean Hannity saying that this is the year that journalism in America died. As far as I’m concerned, this is a very real threat to all of us. The only reason Obama is still running can be laid right at the feet of the press. Had they done their job, he wouldn’t have made it out of Iowa.

35. Biden kept on with his lies. Now another big lie surfaces.
In 1987, Joe Biden was running for Democrat Nomination for President when he was caught making 3 big lies during the campaign. As a result, Biden, the liar, was forced to withdraw from the Nomination Race in 1987.
Since his vice presidential nomination, Joe Biden's 2007 statement that a "guy who allegedly ... drank his lunch" and drove the truck that struck and killed his first wife and daughter has gained national media traction.
Alcohol didn't play a role in the 1972 crash, investigators found. But as recently as last week, the syndicated TV show Inside Edition aired a clip from 2001 of Biden describing the accident to an audience at the University of Delaware and saying the truck driver "stopped to drink instead of drive."
The senator's statements don't jibe with news and law enforcement reports from the time, which cleared driver Curtis C. Dunn, who died in 1999, of wrongdoing.
"To see it coming from [Biden's] mouth, I just burst into tears," Dunn's daughter, Glasgow resident Pamela Hamill, 44, said Wednesday. "My dad was always there for us. Now we feel like we should be there for him because he's not here to defend himself."
The rumor about alcohol being involved by either party, especially the truck driver, is incorrect," said Jerome O. Herlihy, a Delaware Superior Court judge who was chief deputy attorney general and worked with crash investigators in 1972.
The New York Times reported the 2007 crowd at the University of Iowa grew silent as Biden gave his version of what happened that day.
"Let me tell you a little story," The newspaper quoted Biden as saying. "I got elected when I was 29, and I got elected November the 7th. And on Dec. 18 of that year, my wife and three kids were Christmas shopping for a Christmas tree. A tractor-trailer, a guy who allegedly -- and I never pursued it -- drank his lunch instead of eating his lunch, broadsided my family and killed my wife instantly, and killed my daughter instantly, and hospitalized my two sons, with what were thought to be at the time permanent, fundamental injuries."
Biden told a similar story when addressing an audience at the Bob Carpenter Center at the University of Delaware a few days after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
"It was an errant driver who stopped to drink instead of drive and hit a tractor-trailer, hit my children and my wife and killed them," Biden said, according to a transcript archived on his Senate Web site
Biden is a flat out proven liar who just keeps on with his lies. This was not a slip of the tongue, he lied and lied and lied.
And Biden could be President someday.
And this is change Obama?????????

37. Not understanding how government works is why some people make such bad judgments about Hurricane Katrine. The Federal Government has to be ASKED to take over in an emergency. Nagin didn't even have the sense to do that. Gov. "What's- Her-name" didn't ask for help either. Then the Louisiana Gov. and Mayor were in a contest as to who was Boss. I'm surprised they ever let the Federal Government (FEMA) in to help with Katrina aftermath.

38. Once again we are shown that it takes great class and strength of will in an argument for a real man to make his point without losing his intelligence and reacting physically and threateningly. Low level intellect and breeding will always show themselves. The simple fact is that Bush blew it and people died. Then it tooks days for rescue efforts to begin. The government was in charge, the government was enabled, the government was inept and Bush represents that government. End of story!

41. The radio host was pushing the same agenda pushed by many Bush haters and the guest was pointing out how biased that opinion was. Then the radio host bullies the guests because they don't believe what he was selling. Of course it's the guests fault and not the host. The host was wrong because the issue never was as simple as it's being presented. The people of New Orleans now get it. This is evidenced by the much better response to Hurricane Gustav. Anyone who knows anything about emergency response knows that it starts at the ground level and works up to the top. Not the other way around. Was the response to Katrina perfect? Nope. But it was pretty good considering that the levee broke, hampering rescue efforts. Many of those who died might have been saved if they had heeded early calls to leave. They didn't. Many trapped in the superdome may have been better off if the mayor hadn't of sent them there. He shouldn't have. Lots of things could have been better, but weren't. To suggest that Bush was "responsible" is just ignorant and assinine. I stand with the guest, the radio host doesn't get it.

42. Cenk is wrong..as usual! The consistent tactic of the left is to exagurate a situation & quote partial facts that support their position. To state
that Bush..any American Pres. did not respond to a disaster because of racial bias is disgusting, and un American. The same as Farakhan & Jackson saying the Govt. blew the levees to drown black people. There should be legal recourse for these inflamatory statements!! The fact is FEMA called the La. Gov. 5 days in advance of Katrina landing in N.O.. The Gov. responded she needed no help.
Everyone knows of Nagin's ineptness...and..and..the many residents who ignored the warnings to evacuate. There were failures at the Local, State
AND Govt. levels. This is what the black couple, and correctly, were trying to convey to closed minded Cenk..and all liberals!!

43. In his best Gallup poll showing in months, GOP presidential nominee John McCain enjoys a post-convention bounce and moves ahead of his Democratic rival Barack Obama, 48 percent to 45 percent. This is also McCain's largest advantage over Obama since May, when he led by as much as six percentage points.
